Prolife CBD is an absolute gamechanger I've been using the orange oil for just over 2 days now and what a difference it's made to me. I take 1 drop in the morning and 1 drop at night. I wouldn't be without it. I also love the apple gummies too they are delicious Thanks Toby and Cherry

Great products, I always recommend them to everybody.
My only complaint is you should be told when things are short dated, my gummies only had a month on them glad I checked the date.

I have bought quite a variety of products from PROLIFE CBD & have watched both Cherry & Toby present their products on Gemporia, which is where I first discovered them & their range of products. To be honest, I do return to the oil on a daily basis, twice per day and find that many of my symptoms are not so noticeable, or are so well controlled now that I forget what I usually suffer from, unless something significant changes.

I use Prolife CBD oils, gummies, capsules,muscle balm, and hand cream to help my very painful Osteoarthritis, my sleep and my general quality of life. They're not cheap but are really good quality and they really do make a massive difference to my life. However, I recently had to return some 40% oil which was almost completely solid and I could not get it to go back to liquid form no matter how hard I tried, so I couldn't use it and at £299 for 2 bottles, on a 2 for 1 offer, I returned them. I tried emailing the company first to see if there was something else I could do rather than return the oil, and got no response. I then had to go online to find a return address, as there were no return details on the website and no other contact details. I have since found a phone number and no-one answers that either. When I tried tracking my return because I've heard nothing from Prolife, Royal Mail are telling me my packet was incorrectly addressed, even though I used the one detailed online AND it's the same as the general address on the website, they've apparently rectified it and have so far taken another 11 days to redeliver. I'm really angry because If I'd ordered the products from the TV shopping channel Gemporia, as I've done before and this was how these products first came to my attention, there would have been absolutely no return problems, and I would have already received my refund. The people who own Prolife have a regular presence as presenters on this channel, and sell their Prolife products on the channel too, so I'm at a total loss as to why there has been absolutely no response from them regarding the faulty oil while they use the same email address to contact me to encourage me to buy more products. What's going on? I was upset at having to return something as the presenters come across as really genuine people, selling genuine products for genuine reasons, and they do work, so I don't want to think badly of them or their company, but I also can't afford to lose £300. I've lost a lot of trust here and will do what I can to follow this through to my refund. I had also hoped to keep ordering these products as I love them so much but I doubt I will use the website again. They would have had 5 stars from me with no hesitation, and many recommendations, but something's just not right.
If there has been a genuine reason for the lack of communication and the wrong info on the website I will gladly update this review, but until then I would only recommend you buy via Gemporia.

Being taking these capsules for a while now and they've helped me to be pain free. Excellent product highly recommend trying.

Ordered 2 bottle of Prolife CBD oil on 22/12/25 with the half price deal on their website. I have only received 1 bottle which arrived on 2/1/26 and have made numerous attempts to contact them to discuss the incomplete order, both by email and telephone. Extremely frustrating as no response yet received. Buyer beware.

too may red flags, I buy from prolife cbd, then transferred to shopify, payment wasn't checked against the bank, then had to read a qr code to get more information at t shopifyemail com, not info at prolifecbd co uk, sent emails to info at prolifecbd co uk they didn't respond, envelope used to send the prouct had my name spelt incorrectly, no product paraphanlia in the envelope, products delivered upside down in the box, wasted £118, and products that I will not attempt to use too many red flags, no information on returns, no contact details, no infomation explaining on switching sites, sent products to company address and they refused to accept the package just says it all,biggest fool ever. No wouldn't recommend

Really pleased I managed to get some prolife cbd teabags in the buy one get one free deal, I actually didn't know I was getting a free one so that really pleased me.
I can't comment on how the teabags taste as they are a gift for Christmas.
The only thing I would say is that they would have been better if they had been sent in a box as the packaging they are in got slightly squashed.

I have still NOT received my order for the CBD Toothpaste which I ordered on 24th November 2025!!! I have emailed Prolife CBD 2 times and they have NOT bothered getting back to me. They have taken my money & not sent my order!! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Prolife cbd products are amazing and have helped me with so many health issues. It's the first thing I've found that takes the edge of my chronic pain and anxiety. It has also helped my eoe, vomiting syndrome, arthritis, seizures and reduce inflammation which seems to have made my blood sugars improve and easier to manage.

I have been using this product for a few months now and I like it. I use it daily and it has been very good.

Prolife CBD provides the best quality products at reasonable prices. Their hand cream and face cream are the best I have tried. Suitable for those of us with sensitive skin and allergies. I would hate to see them disappear. Keep up the great products. We appreciate all that you do!
