I have been trying to get in touch to arrange a return, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response so far.

No communication from the company regarding my purchase! There is no tab to click on to check the transit details. The delivery was expected on Sept 11, it is now Sept 15! Its DEFINITELY a SCAM! Bunch of thieving gits!

FRAUD, THEFT, DECEIT, CRIMINAL MISREPRESENTATION OF FAKE TRACKING-3 WEEKS ZERO SHIPMENT, ZERO RESPONSE

Placed an 2500 AED order over 3 weeks ago. Long story short, was given a fake tracking number and after 16 requests for the actual tracking and arrival called the Royal Mail and they said the label was created but the item never shipped.

Countless emails and waiting and energy wasted and these people are committing fraud with fake tracking numbers, fraudulently misrepresenting themselves as having shipped items weeks ago which were never shipped and clearly intend to commit crimes that are truly serious when using the mail system to commit the crimes and misrepresent themselves as legitimate with the specific intend to deceive and defraud their "customers" which are clearly their victims and targets for the fraud...

Three weeks of my life, countless emails, no response and it all starts with the pretending there order is real, then pretending it's shipped, and all along it's a fake tracking number and they have shipped nothing. This is for the UK considered a federal level type crime and punishable by actual jail time.

This is unfortunate as what I really wanted was for them to be real and to receive the five items I ordered. Now I want a refund and someone to actually respond for once.

Furthermore, they have actively committed Fraud by False Representation under Section 2 of the UK Fraud Act 2006 by generating a ghost Royal Mail shipping label (LO435192602GB) to falsely simulate dispatch.

They also turned off all commenting on all of their socials so this fakery is clearly an entire strategy of scamming that is truly unfortunate.

How Their Fraud Pattern Works Including Countless Complaints Across The Internet As Well As My Experience:

Their site uses a highly specific deceptive practice to take buyers' money and delay chargebacks: The Ghost Dispatch: You purchase items then the company charges your card immediately.

Next is The Fake Royal Mail Tracking: They quickly email you a Royal Mail tracking number to make it look like your item has been shipped.

The "Label Created" Loophole: When you look up the tracking number, Royal Mail has no record of the physical package. The company simply generated a digital shipping label online but never actually handed a parcel to the carrier.

Intent to Evade Protection: By providing a tracking number, they deliberately exploit automated customer service systems. If you try to open a dispute with payment platforms, the automated system looks at the order and says "shipped," which delays your refund and gives the company time to ignore your emails and keep your money, which is the crime overall.

This is a deliberate deception all the way around and this is punishable by jail time. These people have taken my money, deceived me purposefully and are holding my money hostage with a fake tracking number having never shipped the order whatsoever.

Good news is that all of this documentation is being submitted and pursued fully until these people are held accountable.

Providing a fake tracking number and illegally not shipping is a criminal practice and illegal as an operation strategy and intentional fraud has taken place.

Stay away from placing orders at all and getting caught in there web of deception and criminal fraud.

Still zero response to any email, any request for an actual tracking number showing any progression of the shipment and zero response to over 16 request now for a tracking number that tracks or a full refund. These people are just taking the money and that's all there is to it.

When we strip away all the stuff about business or company or consumer or orders etc, it's just very clear to see this is just a total extraction outfit committing theft taking people's money for zero product. It's truly the worst of humanity putting people through this hell which is what they are ok with, severe human suffering and indignity.

They clearly keep changing their business name regularly like to present that they are some sort of a legit operation.

Theft has occurred, zero response to provide anything in exchange for my money and zero willingness to return my money to me. They've made my money their money and this is theft of money and my life-force and it's the worst kind of tactics posing as a business to do criminal illegal activity of theft of money for zero consumer products or services.

Reported them to the authorities in the UK jurisdiction.

Ordered item 7 days ago and still no sign of it.

Avoid at all cost! Returned the shoes and provided tracking number. I had to dispute through the bank as I didn't get a refund.

Don't use these,sold fake boxing gloves,and just ignoring emails, scammers

To be honest, I have had a very poor experience purchasing from this company. I placed an order and never received the product. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that I keep receiving emails asking me how my experience has been, despite the fact that my order has still not arrived.
I initially thought that my first order had not been delivered due to some kind of error. However, I have now placed a second order and, for the second time, I have not received the product.
The experience has been terrible, as I still have not received the product to this day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

Sold me counterfeit twins gloves which fell apart after a couple of sessions, said would replace when back in stock, would not answer emails after that,wish I'd seen reviews before ordering, scammers

You emailed me to say you made a mistake and you don't have the bat in stock. You said you will refund me but have not said when.

Tracking doesn’t work, no scans so looks like not collected from them by Royal Mail. Waiting response ref refund. Will start credit card charge back if no update soon

Absolutely terrible experience. Still haven’t received my parcel that should have been here 3 days ago and am now on day 8. Royal Mail tracking number is useless as the item hasn’t been handed over and no response whatsoever from the company despite sending numerous emails. Contact phone number also doesn’t work so no way of getting hold of anyone for an update. Avoid this company - will hopefully be able to get the money back through my bank as I don’t hold out much hope getting a refund from these con merchants.
