I honestly can’t thank ProMed enough for all their help, especially Alisha. Setting up a new GP practice comes with a million questions and challenges, and Alisha has been there every step of the way with so much patience and kindness.
No matter how many emails or questions I had, she always took the time to help, explain things clearly, and make sure everything was moving in the right direction. Her support has made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful process.
Thank you, Alisha, for your patience, professionalism, and for always being so helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with you, and I genuinely appreciate everything you have done for us.
Highly recommend ProMed to anyone setting up a practice!

Orders can take up to 2 weeks to…
Orders can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. If you ring to check on the order they won't be any helpful or try to push it quicker, even when u are a loyal customer ordering every few weeks. Won't be ordering from them again

I had escalated your parcel query on a number of occasions but unfortunately did not get a response.
