always a great experience with Promed. All staff are very approachable and willing to assist us. Recent purchase of large item couch etc., and delivery guy Peter was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Great to see people/companies being so helpful in this day & age! Highly Recommend. Appointment was confirmed 7 days prior.
Technician arrived on time. Facilitated interruptions to use PC while he was working. Equipment servicing was carried out efficiently and discretely.

Can the Technician when using Doctors computer in there room please dont turn computer off as it took the Doctor some time to get into the system thank-you

equipment was delivered on a sunday and thrown over the fence on a wet dat. The outer packaging was soaked. Luckily the equipment was fine
