I thought the sales advisor was informative and clear what the policy includes, it took some time to get through on the phone, approximately 30 minutes but overall pleased with how the policy was set up.

Took out two policies today for multi-kitchen appliance cover for two different properties. Dealt with Lloyd who was very patient and good-humoured throughout the call and was a pleasure to deal with.

I also liked that the phone was answered very quickly and I was not subject to lengthy recorded messages and stuck on-hold! So far so good for Prominence Support!

The agent was able to handle and insured my appliances successfully with a reasonable cover rates.
