Your callback request was received late Sunday afternoon and you were advised that we didn't currently have a call attendant available and our team would be available for a call on Monday morning during business hours — not that we were unavailable for callbacks, but that we were outside standard operating times for them. In the meantime, your query was responded to via email and resolved within 15 minutes. This is exceptional service from any business or agency, especially on a late Sunday.
As an online service, we provide structured phone support during business hours, along with responsive email and message support — which in this case resulted in a same-day solution on a weekend.
We’re pleased that you successfully sold your first property using our platform and achieved your outcome. However, if a 24/7 phone-based service is what you’re seeking, a traditional agency model may be better suited to your expectations and you might wish to transition your second, current listing to another platform or for ongoing listings.

Property Now was very simple and easy to use and set up. Very happy with the service from the company. My daughter had already used them two years ago to sell her property so it seemed a very simple decision to use them to sell my place. I got the price I wanted, showed 9 people plus two other enquires and saved $17,000 on fees.

PropertyNow were great - lots of useful resources to demystify the process of selling our home, and good advice via phone. The portal was easy to use, while the process of selling the home ourselves was scary, PropertyNow made us feel a lot better about it. Would highly recommend, and not just for the saving on real estate agent commission!

Amazing experience
This is my first time utilising the property now app as an owner/ property manager and the whole process has been so easy from advertising to finding a good tenant. The process was easy professional and supportive. Our home sold within a month given it was over the festive season. Saved us thousands of dollars in commission to a Real Estate. You don't have to be experienced in Selling real estate to manage the sale of your property . The PropertyNow portal is easy to navigate, and all staff I have dealt with have been helpful, responsive, and very knowledgeable, which made the overall experience positive.
My only suggestion for improvement relates to advertising options for new clients. It would be helpful to more clearly advise new users to consider the “Featured” advertising option when first signing up, or to make it clearer that the lowest-priced option results in a very small advertisement with limited visibility.
While the featured option is more expensive initially, upgrading later is significantly more costly and only provides the larger advertisement for a short period (two weeks). This was disappointing and resulted in me spending much more on advertising than necessary, something that could have been avoided with clearer guidance upfront.
Improving transparency around ad sizes, visibility, and upgrade costs would greatly enhance the experience for new clients.
Thanks to the staff for quick responses to any questions, being offered the weekly report was a great tool to keep track of my listing.
I have had several questions around how this platform works, and have referred the link on, hopefully more people will venture down this path and take selling their home into their own hands.

Hi Kim, thanks so much for your review and feedback. Firstly, congratulations on your sale. That’s wonderful, and I’m glad to hear the platform and experience was positive for you.
Regarding Upgrades, the price of the Upgrades remains the same if purchased prior to listing or during the listing campaign. The only time this may change is if Realestate.com.au updates their specific pricing for that suburb, which is quite rare. The Upgrades also last for 30 days, rather than 2 weeks.
I do agree that clarification over the Upgrades during the listing process is important and can be clearer.
We try to avoid recommending Upgrades to our clients initially, as the vast majority of our listings do sell without ever needing one. This often saves our clients a few thousand dollars, in addition to the savings on commission.

No way i am getting agent to sell again. I fetched 50k more then what agents had appraised for. Also it was a tough sell because of issues in strata.
