They say 'if you want something done right, do it yourself'—and today, I proved it, again, as i do most days with the help of Property Now! 🥂
​For 10 months, I had my beautiful home i built with real estate agents to sell. The 'highlight' over the 10 long months.. The agents called me to say a 'privileged' lady from Mt. Eliza offered $870k and after another 4 painful drawn out offers came upto $910k (way below my minimum $950k asking price) and i should consider it as the market dictates the sale price and whoops we got it wrong when we told you $950k to $1M.. But it gets better—Mt eliza low ball privileged actually showed up to an open house, brought her bathers, and jumped in my outdoor spa without asking! 👙💦
​The agents couldn't close the deal, so I said many months later... Im done ill list it myself (which BTW it cost me a whole of $960 to list on REA and Domain through property now) and my 7 year old daughter never stopped telling me: 'Believe in yourself, Mummy, and you will get it done.' So, I took over. I acted as my own agent... First inspection!? SOLD! Offer in and accepted within 15 mins of purcheser viewing the property. 💥

Easy to use your service

Doing it ourselves and not being told by some realtors that our price was not right for the market.
We took our own photos.
The first person to come and look on 2nd day, bought the house. It took 1 day to sell.
We have been thinking for awhile to sell it ourselves and Property Now made it so easy to do that. We couldn't recommend more highly.
Their support was exceptional.

Selling our property online was easy with Property Now. Paid a local photographer to take better quality photos to showcase our property and house. They were easy to load onto the website. We basically sold our property on the first weekend we had an open day. No one knows their property better than the owners. Saved thousands by not paying commission to a real estate agent.

All worked well. Uploading the photos and video was quite straight forward. The fact that it includes 2 other sites was a significant bonus.

Was an easy, quick and hugely financially beneficial decision to use property Now

I recently used PropertyNow to list my property and it was a great experience. The process was seamless and the support was top-notch. As soon as my listing went live, some local agents were contacting me, updated their listings to match my asking price (historically never listed), and suddenly held open homes before/after mine (historically never held). Best of all, I saved on commission fees whilst getting excellent exposure and support from the super knowledgeable PropertyNow team. The platform made it very easy to create the listing, generate the contract, and set up rent and bond payments. Everything was straightforward and efficient. We were a little confused re the photos and didn’t realise we would only receive 12 because of extra pricing involved. It we added our own to the ad anyway.

Great help from the team on every step of the process. We sold our unit in just a couple of weeks over Christmas, which we know is a busy time for everyone. It was a little bit scary not knowing how we would go selling our own home. Having Property Now available to answer any questions and to guide us through was great. The website was easy to work with, writing ad, making changes etc. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for ad writing as well, and it was great having access to all the necessary forms. You can choose as much or as little that you want to do yourself.
Do your research, present your house well, have your paperwork organised, and get good advice for your price range.

Property Now made the whole process of selling our land so easy. They were available whenever we needed assistance and the advertising worked so well. We sold our property in 2 months. The initial conversation with Property Now was invaluable, giving us useful tools to be able to navigate the process with ease.

The interface was easy to use, and the upload to real estate sites was seamless. The presentation of applicants was also effective. It would be helpful if email addresses were presented as links so that it was not necessary to copy/paste into outlook. It would also be useful to have a proforma response to selected applicants. e.g when the apartment has been leased, we had 7 x new applicants that I had to respond to personally, when all they need is to be informed. It would help if that was automated.

There was everything to make it easy for a ludite such as me. My home sold fast ...before the for sale sign arrived even. I would say step out be brave its so bloody easy and you save a small fortune.

Go for it, why pay 3% of your hard earned money to a person who knows less than you do about your property.
