Contacted a few of these companies, they were all offering around 190-200k. Property Solvers tried to tell me that the house was over valued by around 30k by all three estate agents I'd had out and that they could only offer 150k, or 170 at auction. Waste of time, and either untrustworthy or uneducated, not sure which.
They also spammed me with daily emails requesting a review. I wouldn't have bothered leaving one otherwise.

Edited to add: the company reached out to me and looked into what happened. Apparently the person I dealt with had only been there a few weeks so the problems arose from a lack of experience. They were quite helpful and were eager to find and resolve the problem. They are now revising their training, so problems like this shouldn't happen in future. I was quite impressed with their response.

Property Solvers were extremely fast and efficient at responding to my enquiry. They were knowledgeable about the local market and offered valuable advice to help me deal with the situation I was faced with. Although I didn’t end up using their services (my circumstances changed) I would recommend to others contacting property solvers if you want a quick sale of your property.

My first experience with Property Solvers.com was disappointing. After a detailed discussion, I was told my property was worth £170,000. However, the follow-up email offered £120,000 for a quick sale or £140,000 at auction — a figure that would mean losing over £100,000. I felt misled at the time and wouldn’t have recommended them.

Update:
I later spoke with the Director, who took the time to explain how their valuations were calculated. He was polite, courteous, and even assisted me with a capital gains tax query. As a result, I’ve updated this to a 3-star review.

Great communication from the start from property solvers. Clear information relayed to me and timescale. Smooth process and anytime I needed to speak to someone regarding my case I was always able to reach someone. Very professional also. I will be going back to property solvers in the future for for selling properties.

It was really good to talk to Jacob, he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me sound advice on the valuation of my property.

I contacted Property Solvers when my mother went into a nursing home, we thought we'd have to sell her flat to fund the fees, and we discovered that she'd never renewed the lease. Jacob was very helpful and supportive and went through all the options that we could consider. There was no hard sell at all and Jacob kept in touch on a monthly basis while we tried going through more conventional routes. Eventually we sold through Property Solvers and the process was stress free and very quick.

The level of service and professionalism provided Property Solvers was first class. Ruban and Michael, in particular. I wish I had ditched the local estate agents much earlier and instructed Property Solvers instead. Michael is a true asset to the Firm and was outstanding every step of the journey. My property was on the market for just over a year, with zero offers received after a year. As soon as I listed with Property Solvers, I received a full-ask offer after the first viewing of the property. They are the best team to have on your side if you want to sell your property.

There is currently,no LAW in the UK, which forbids fractional sale in a Residential Property, as long as the Buyer is privy to ALL relevant information and there is no misrepresentation of FACTS OR LAW

After having had the worst experience with another agent. We found Property Solvers by doing a google search and we are so grateful we did. From the first time I spoke to Jacob I felt at ease straight away. We decided to sell via a cash sale to them. Jacob and his colleagues at Property Solvers truly care about their clients. He was always there to answer any questions we had and to help us where needed. We felt truly supported by them from beginning to completion. Going above and beyond for us to make our sale happen death on the two weeks they had quoted as completion lead time. Even though we had a couple of delays due to documents taking longer in the post and an issue with the ID verification app that was down. Both issues were out of our control. Property Solvers kept pushing the process forward to make sure we completed on time. Jacob kept us up to date with everything and how the sale was progressing. In our view he has done a fantastic job. I had read the positive reviews online initially but Property Solvers exceeded my expectations 1000 fold. They also made the process straight forward and quick. There are also no estate agent fees to pay and no conveyance solicitor charges to pay as a seller either as they cover the solicitors costs. If you want or need to sell your house then look no further. This is the company for you. I can’t recommend Property Solvers highly enough. I definitely would use them again if I ever needed to sell a property in the future. Property Solvers did exactly as promised .They made me a realistic offer for my property and then bought it for the sum agreed .Throughout the process I was kept informed of progress .I felt like I was dealing with an honest business .I recommend them
