Knowledgeable staff

Excellent service,
When I have phoned Propex the staff have always been knowledgeble, friendly & very helpfull.
Posted my 2000 heater for repair & service to Propex at Ringwood on a Friday afternoon and received it back the following Friday morning.
That's what I call service.
Shame most other companies aren't the same.
