They were helpful
They were helpful, and supported me in finding the right parts for my old heater that needed some. It’s all about less waste and more sustainable thinkers no so we don’t throw away things are still working years later. It shows they have a good quality mini campervan boiler that stands the test of time.

Excellent service
Everything arrived on time and we'll packed. Water system all up and running again.
Only slight complaint which is not propex leisures fault but parcel force didn't ring our doorbell or talk to a neighbour who was available but just left a card. Fortunately our local post office allowed me to collect later that day

Propex advice
The advice given by Kim when I called was clear and concise.
I followed her exact method to solve my issue and it worked first time.......after I replaced the intake hose as advised.
I couldn't be happier, as three other heating (caravan) engineers said i had to remove,or have removed, the heat exchanger and get it serviced.
Your firm dispatched the hose delivered within three days.

Wow brilliant customer service
Wow brilliant customer service. Problem with my HS2000 today after I upgraded thermostat and made a little error, rang them and they pin pointed the problem and talked me through the process trouble shooting, ordered the new part I needed and it’s coming out tomorrow. Absolutely brilliant. Reminds you of how most companies used to treat their customers.
