The vast majority of our users have no issues understanding these rules, and for those who do need assistance, our support team is available 24/7. Our live chat and Discord typically have response times of under 5 minutes, and your email was responded to within just a few hours—we even provided proof of this.

It’s disappointing to see comments suggesting we are somewhat responsive, as this is far from the case. We pride ourselves on offering some of the fastest and most accessible support in the industry, because we understand how important prompt assistance is.

Our assessment team completed a thorough review of your trading history across both Phase One and Phase Two.

During Phase One, there was a single instance where a trade exceeded the permitted 24-hour holding period (excluding weekend holds). Given that this was an isolated case and did not constitute a significant portion of your trades, it was dismissed.

However, upon reviewing your activity in Phase Two, we found multiple violations:

• 9 trades were held beyond the permitted 24-hour maximum holding period, with some positions remaining open for up to 6 days.
• Several trades held over the weekend were opened on a Thursday, which is not allowed. As per our rules, weekend holding is only permitted for positions opened on Fridays and held through to Monday.
• 2 trades were flagged for tick scalping, having been opened and closed in under 2 minutes — a clear violation of our trading guidelines.

In total, 28.21% of your trades in Phase Two were in breach of our rules.

To clarify our policy — as stated publicly on our website:

Are Prop Nimbus accounts swing accounts?
No, Prop Nimbus accounts are not designed for swing trading.
While we allow trades to be held overnight and over the weekend (Friday to Monday), our accounts are not intended for swing trading.
Any trade held for longer than 24 hours (excluding weekend holds) will be considered a violation of our rules.
If you require flexibility for longer-term positions, our platform may not be the best fit. However, traders who can manage risk effectively within the allowed timeframes can take full advantage of our funding opportunities and trading conditions.

You raised a complaint regarding our policy on overnight and weekend holds. We want to reiterate that holding overnight or over the weekend is indeed permitted, but trades held for multiple days — such as 3, 5, or 6 days — go well beyond what is allowed and directly violate our rules.

Unfortunately, due to the number and severity of these violations, we were unable to provide a funded account on this occasion. Our policies are clearly outlined to ensure fairness and consistency for all traders.

Our rules are clear and transparent. With basic risk management and fundamental mathematical skills, capable traders should have no difficulty navigating them.

To describe the structure as a “trap” is simply not accurate or fair.

We’ve seen many traders perform exceptionally well on our instant funded accounts. For example, one trader from Egypt has successfully withdrawn a total of $7,374.00 — a testament to what’s possible with discipline and consistency.

We’d like to respectfully address your recent claims regarding our reliability. Accusations suggesting we are unreliable are simply not accurate. We consistently provide payouts and funded accounts daily, which can be publicly verified through our official channels.

Regarding the issue you mentioned, we are not aware of any system errors at the time of your trade. There are two common reasons this situation may have occurred:

Entry Error or Incorrect Instrument:,
It’s possible the wrong asset was selected (e.g., entering a futures or crypto asset instead of a stock) or a typographical error was made when placing the order.

Slippage:,
This is a natural occurrence in trading where market volatility or low liquidity causes trades to execute at a slightly different price than intended. Slippage is part of real trading conditions and can affect any trader.

Hi Yousef,

To clarify, you previously received over $2,000 in payouts from us. These were issued without issue, as your account showed no signs of suspicious activity or violations at the time. This clearly demonstrates that we do honor our commitments when rules are followed.

In this case, however, our system did not detect any VPN usage. Instead, the account was accessed from two different countries within a timeframe that made travel physically impossible. This is a strong indicator of account sharing—a direct and serious violation of our terms and conditions.

It’s also important to note that this account was purchased through FXAN and was issued to you free of charge. As such, the account falls under stricter scrutiny, and any violation voids the eligibility for further progression or payout.

We enforce these policies strictly to ensure a fair and secure environment for all traders. Account sharing compromises the integrity of our platform and is not tolerated under any circumstances.

While we understand your frustration, the decision was based on concrete, verifiable data, and we stand by it.
