Good day,

We have received photographic evidence indicating that you attempted to sell a product which resulted in fraudulent access to free challenges through our invite competition.

Our investigation shows that you exploited your own software by adding hundreds of fake users and bots. Upon reviewing your invite list, we identified that the majority of these accounts were created on the same day and joined our Discord server immediately after.

Furthermore, you were offering this service for $30, structured as $15 upfront, with the remaining $15 due once a set number of invitees joined.

This behavior is a clear violation of our terms and a deliberate attempt to manipulate our systems.

Our team made several genuine attempts to assist you, and your ticket was reviewed and handled professionally by our support staff, with oversight from senior management.

We also note that you’ve continued to post additional comments and reviews regarding an issue that occurred nearly two months ago. While we understand your dissatisfaction, we want to emphasize that we did everything reasonably possible to support you throughout the process and we thoroughly explained the reasons why you failed your challenge.

Our users have no problem with the rules and many pass phases 1 and 2, and also receive payouts.

Thank you for your feedback. While we understand your frustration, we’d like to clarify that our decision was not solely based on a single-day profit percentage. Although your highest profit day was 44.44%, which is technically within the 45% threshold, our evaluation process goes beyond this simple metric.

Upon post-phase review, your trading showed a heavy concentration of profits in one day, with significantly smaller activity and profits on other days. Combined with aggressive trade recovery behavior, this flagged concerns about long-term sustainability and risk management, which are critical for our live accounts.

Our terms clearly state that Prop Nimbus reserves the right to review trading behavior for long-term risk before issuing a funded account — even if profit targets are met.

We kindly ask you to reconsider your review, as it appears you have violated our policies by applying for more than one account. Our terms clearly state that the FXAN special offer is limited to one per person.

We strictly enforce this policy and do not tolerate attempts to obtain multiple free accounts.

To make this very clear, we have you a completely FREE challenge on January the 23rd.
