We had a hardwood floor removed and replaced in Sheffield. Pro property was great - so professional and helpful. Dave and Simon were very knowledgeable and polite and got the job done very quickly with minimal disruption. Would recommend this company and we will use them again. Thank you!

Ben Myers did a great job fitting our new downstairs toilet and sink and new plumbing in the garage for the washing machine

Sam did an excellent job of refurbishing our downstairs toilet/ cloakroom despite cramped conditions and extreme heat. He was pleasant and cheerful throughout, respected our property, consulted with us and offered advice when requested and cleaned up every night.

Ben recently came out to solve a leaking toilet. He was pleasant and promt fixing the issue despite a number of challenges. Would use again.

We have a plan with ProProperty and they were able to get someone over within a couple of days to look at a non-urgent leak. Tom was polite, helpful and tidied away afterwards, with the issue completely resolved.

Ben L came bang on time to conduct a boiler service (the boiler was fitted by Pro Property as well a gew years ago, at very short notice when my old one died). Always a pleasure having these fiys in for a job, theoughly professional, friendly and helpful.

We had our garage roof replaced and a new back door and window fitted. Chris worked so hard and we are really pleased with the end result.

Have used ProProperty before and after our last boiler service I took out Gold service contract. We suffered an unexpected leak from our bath recently and Dan came out very quickly to investigate. The source was identified and Ben Myers came out this morning to fix it. I had assumed that only water leaks from our boiler and central heating system were covered under the contract, but in fact all water leaks are covered - a pleasant surprise, as only a call out fee was charged. A very reliable and trustworthy company who I have no hesitation in recommending. Roger

We had a small section of damp wall from which all the paint had flaked off. Dan installed some damp proofing then replastered over the top, after explaining carefully what he was going to do, and what to expect afterwards. I suspect he even had something to do with the fact that the nearby light switch doesn't crackle any more.

We have been using Pro Property for many years. The staff are always punctual and very polite.
Daniel came a few days ago to service the central heating boiler.

We have used Pro Property for several years. They have never let us down. Latest job was repairing a leaky waste pipe from a wash basin. Not urgent but Ben Myers came to fix it within a couple of days, quickly identified the problem and advised on possible future issues. Excellent service as always.
