We’d like to confirm upfront that you have already been issued a full refund for your Premium Plan, even though your request did not meet the refund eligibility criteria stated in your signed agreement. For clarity, you signed up on June 15, 2025, for our Premium Plan, which provides intent-verified and pre-screened referrals — not “qualified” or pre-approved buyers. This distinction is clearly stated in both our agreement and disclaimer. Qualified leads cost exponentially more in the market, and our service is designed to connect agents with verified prospects who have expressed real intent to buy or sell.

During your active period, you received 9 exclusive referrals across your servicing areas of Peoria and Glendale. Each referral was verified by our team through direct phone or chat communication prior to delivery. We even provided call recordings of these verification processes for your review. While responsiveness can vary from prospect to prospect, which is common in real estate, every opportunity delivered to you met the agreed-upon standards of an intent-verified referral.

We’d like to confirm upfront that you have already been provided with a full refund for your Growth Plan. Even though your case did not meet the refund eligibility criteria outlined in your signed agreement, we processed the refund in full as a goodwill gesture to close the matter respectfully.

For clarity, you signed up on May 5, 2025 for our Growth Plan, which provides intent-verified referrals — not pre-approved or transaction-ready “qualified” buyers. This distinction is clearly outlined in the agreement. Intent-verified referrals are vetted and confirmed by our Business Development team through direct communication before being shared with our agents.

During your campaign, you received 6 exclusive referrals within your chosen service areas. All were intent-verified with valid contact details and genuine interest confirmed at the time of verification. While responsiveness can vary — which is a known challenge in real estate lead generation.
