I bought the Prosperousm Ceramic Tourmaline Ionic Flat Iron Hair Straightener and one of the panels had a chip in it. It also, didn’t work very well on my hair. Very cheap product.
My biggest disappointment is when I tried to get a refund, I can’t. They do not refund for damaged products or unsatisfactory use. Please be careful when ordering something.

I received the items I ordered, the punch free socket holders, but was not satisfied with the items so I asked if I could return the items since I was not satisfied and asked for a refund and returning the article. So they told me the cost of returning was rather high and offered me a partional refund which I accepteren.

If you need comfort, support, and stylish, this is definitely the shoes you want. They have a good arch with lasting comfort. I wear a ladies 7 so I purchased the kids 5 and they fit perfectly. I will be buying more colors.

I paid 732Baht for these cable clips and the value for customs was placed at 15400baht so the charge to me to pick up was 1908baht, more than the cost of the item. That is crazy and don't understand why that high value was placed onto my order. Shipped to Thailand so they have a tax also which is 8% so was higher than the product that I bought. Not good and why?? Extremely disappointed and now how do I get my money back? Never sent me a receipt for my order and just disappeared...

I ordered something from Prosperousm that came up in a feed on social media. The charge processed as BrightmeteorUK with an international charge. I paid for expedited shipping and it took 2 months and many calls to receive the inferior product. In addition, my card was hacked shortly after the purchase. In researching BrightmeteorUK it looks like it is a cheap scam website out of China. Buyers beware!

The item I purchased was advertised as buy some get some free, e.g. buy 3 receive 8. I ordered 8, receive 12 free but they didn’t send 20. False advertising & misleading information.

Horrible Service. I ordered the silent basketball for my son for Christmas on December 4, 2023 here we are it is January 18, 2024 and I still don't have any ETA on the delivery of said basketball although I paid to expedite the delivery. I hope the ball is worthy when it gets here because I have read that it is just a pillow that doesn't even bounce. INSANE

They are of no help they take no responsibility if you have a problem with a product they send you to contact "seller" and the seller just gives you the run around.

I bought the silent basketball. It took a month to be shipped and when it arrived, its a crappy piece of foam that doesn't actually bounce. When I asked for a refund they made up a handful of excuses including "will cost you too much to pay for return shipping" and offered me $2. I paid $36USD ($59AUD). Complete scam. Utter rip off. I guess they have moved on now (got their xmas haul for unsuspecting buyers) and probably got a new name. So unfair. My son didn't get a decent christmas present.

Horrible, no silent basketball 🏀. Still waiting. I want them held accountable!

Scam took my money no product then vanished

I would highly suggest not ordering from this company! They took my payment & then nothing.. No tracking number - no product arrived! I email them multiple times & FINALLY someone responded telling me too be patient. From there nothing!!! I emailed again… they never responded from there.. PayPal finally refunded me! The item never showed….

Affordable, good quality clothing. Excellent bang for buck! it was a good purchase.
