Ordered a silent basketball on Dec. 15th. Paid for expedited shipping. Over 2 weeks now and no tracking, no ball, only customer service responses saying I can't cancel my order now and just keep waiting for my order. Scam!

This site has got to be a scam. Ordered the silent basketball in the beginning of December- still waiting on it- it was a Christmas gift. There is no customer service, only a generic “chat” that gives you no answers as to where your order is. Horrible company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Same story as many others- I ordered and paid for the silent basketballs on November 14. Still no sign of them - and I have no use for them now as they were intended to be Christmas presents. “Tracking” details are sketchy and my repeated requests for a refund are met with apologies but no action . Avoid at all costs!

Zero stars. I ordered the silent basket balls for my grandchildren for Christmas in early December and still not here. After numerous emails the only thing they say is it’s been shipped but they have no update of tracking. Total scam!

Still waiting for silent basketball ordered about early november. When you enquire with this site, they send you to the 'seller' and a rabbit hole to try and get information

PERFECT WITCH HAT!!!! I got so many compliments at the witch party. From the picture, I originally thought the fluff around the brim was feathers. But it's actually faux fur which was better for my costume.

I ordered a Christmas gift in NOVEMBER 17th -- it's now December 19th and all I can tell is that a plane landed somewhere. I've been asking for a cancellation and refund everyday for four days with a response every time that says "we're sorry.. please give it a little longer". I'm incredibly frustrated as I had to make other plans for the person I intended to gift this to as I had no idea it would take 5 weeks+ to get something mailed in todays day and age. Buyer beware- I would love to come back and say that Prosperousm fixes this but I don't know how else to get a better response.

I bought a silent basketball through this company for my son for Christmas. It took a lot longer than expected and communication wasnt great. When it came it was as displayed on the website. Its a great product.

The basketball did not work as described and they will not refund!! I have video to prove it

They took my money 7 days ago and still haven't shipped. They tell me "it's not their problem".Update. Took my money over 3 weeks ago, and haven't even shipped. Must find a way to alert people about these crooks.

This company is a scam. Product I bought was very poor quality. I have all the right get the refund but they were saying, they can not refund as the " supervisor " refused. Do not buy any products. They are cheating people around the world.

I love these shoes for my daughter. Great quality and they are much lighter than I expected! A great buy!
