Having had the other "A" security where it cost $99 to have the system installed, I really appreciate Protectamerica. They are much better, open and honest and you don't have yearly increases in your bill that the other company failed to mention.

Customer service is world class. I am always blown away by the fantastic people they have working with them. They even speak English without an accent! ( they are in Texas ). The times I've called to tweek my system they were knowledgeable and made it simple enough for this old man to follow. I really like that.

Protect America was fast when I had a break in. The call came while I was only 1/2 mile away. I caught the idiot red handed. He now has 7 years free room and board from the State of Oklahoma to learn that you don't mess with Protect America.

If you want a simple, good and easy to install system without the high pressure "installer" getting you to buy more sensors you don't really need, then try Protect America. They are the best I've found out there.

*I would tell any one that they need to have you in their home.

We've been a customer for years. We pay for monitoring monthly. For the most part we have had great customer service. We recently experienced a loss of phone service including all dial tone, yet we weren't contacted by the service at all. They have an alternate number to reach us in such an emergency, but no one did so. We are beginning to wonder if their monitoring is worth the price. we also have issues with the equipment we had to pay for when we signed up and we cannot get it repaired. Oh well.

Have used Protect America for over 3 years now, and have had no problems at all. They are very professional, and easy to do business with. I would highly recommend Protect America, vs. the other guys!

I have used Protect America for over 4 years to make me feel safe and secure both at home and when I am away. I have protection which will alert the fire department whether I am home or not. If someone breaks a window, walks through my home or opens any door or window, an alarm will send them running and notify the police. If you want the same peace of mind that I have, I highly recommend Protect America. One additional note; I would suggest the remote touch pad which can set the alarms after I have gone to bed.

Your home is secure with self-installed security system. If you have wifi you have the option to set up Protect America in minutes once your sensors arrive. Plenty of help with online chat oir phone help for your install. You can do it.

I switched to Protectamerica due to problems with another security program. Although I was not enthused with the 3 yr contract need, the price is affordable and they are prompt to act on alarms that are not disarmed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the portability of the system, which does not automatically "scream" alarm.

I think this is a very good service to have. Especially if you live alone like I do. I feel completely save and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been a Protect America for a long time and in all that time I can say that I have never been disappointed with the service I have received as well as the tech support consideration given when needed. All representatives I have had dealings with are very professional and dedicated to assuring that the customer has received complete service when contacted. system is an okay price and gives great support and if something happens they are on top of things and make sure you are notified and they are always friendly and helpful even when setting system up, which is very simple they have made this a great product that gives peace of mind...

I have had the home security system for a few months now and I love it. One day I thought I had the system disarmed and when I left the house, I guess it was still on and I had a nice note from the Sheriffs office stating that it was a false alarm. Well, I guess they come out faster than I thought. NOW, if the Company would just hire me, I'd be 100% satisfied. You should really give them a try, the service is great and they talked me right through the process when I got my equipment. They are great.

This system has given me peace of mind. I feel my home is protected when I'm away.

We have been with Protect America for 10 years + and our experience with them has been outstanding. They give great service and offer quality products.

To start with, our salesman either misrepresented a few things or was misinformed himself! He emphasized that this was a wireless system and explained all the great things the system will do! We bought 2 systems. One for our church and one for our home. We had a wired system that was old and needed updating so we were thrilled with all the new concepts in wireless. Low and behold when we opened the box after a VERY quick delivery, the main control needed to be plugged in. We had NO place to put it. Had we been told, we probably wouldn't have bought. We had to scrounge around and figure out where to put everything; the techs were good in instructing my husband on all the equipment. We've been VERY happy with the Iphone app and Ipad that gives us full access to the systems remotely. We've had some glitches in getting used to the new system but by and large its been a good experience. Certainly not inexpensive, but so far so good.
