Gret staff at Protect America!
I have had to contact Protect America several times over the past couple of weeks. Both by phone and on the on line chat. I was upgrading my control box and key panel at the time. Everyone I talked to was great. Very knowledgeable and had answers for me in seconds.... not minutes. They instructed me to get everything switched over to the new equipment the first time. It was great to talk to English speaking people!!!!! Thanks!

I sleep/vacation better knowing that I'm Protected by Protectamerica!
I have been with Protectamerica since May of 2001 and have been very satisfied with my alarm system. I was always afraid of unexpected breakins with me being a single mom with two daughters. Not only did Protectamerica give me a snse of security but it also helped me keep track of teenage daughters coming in going with the system keeping me informed of doors opening and windows opening. Protectamerica is #1 with me; I would recommend them to family and friends.
