Shipping Purgatory
I placed the order on 3/31/2026. As of 4/10/2026, the package had encountered a “clearance delay”. Now, 4/22/2026, it is still in status “clearance delay”. Having paid 19.50 for shipping, I had expected to receive the package within a couple weeks at most. I’m beginning to suspect I’ll never see the items I purchased or recoup any of the money I spent. Bummer.

Would give no stars
Would give no stars. Feels very cheap and plastic. No breathable at all. Definitely not a good running jacked. Paid almost £5 for delivery and they wanted the same to return. Terrible. Will not be buying anything from Proviz again.

I LOVE your products!
I love your products. They do exactly what they are designed to do make you highly visible. The only issue is the sizes. The UK size Verus USA are different. Also, would you consider Big & Tall? I am 6’6” cyclist, so a 2XLT is my natural size.

The products are great but when the jacket got a hole in the pocket, they failed to respond to my two emails to customer service. The jacket is not fit for purpose under the Sale of Goods Act if it fails within 2 months of purchase. They need to issue a refund or replacement. No response is simply unacceptable.
