Proviz Lumina
Bought the Proviz Lumina running jacket. The size guide indicated a small but I thought that was optimistic so I opted for a medium. It's a perfect fit and a great jacket. I wear it frequently while I am running or not. Light weight and definitely high viz. Really worth the money.

Great visibility jacket
I've bought the waterproof jacket for winter dark cycle commute. It's a great jacket! I am very visible on those dark roads which makes me feel bit safer. Only thing is, one pocket let's some water in when it rains, so lesson learned.... I won't carry phone in it :)

GOFO is bad
I am happy with Provitz company itself as it provides good products and reasonable prices
. But the choice of GOFO as the delivery service is not advisable. I am still waiting for delivery of the product and their customer service is terrible. Go with a trusted shipping service.

The quality of the jacket seems great but....
The quality of the jacket seems great.
But it is too small and it turns out too cost prohibitive to return in from Canada.
Make sure you figure out their sizing before ordering.

Good design of bag spoiled by one major fault.
Most of the bag is good and exactly what i want, but the device that fixes the chest strap to the bag straps does not work. The attachment is too weak and the straps pop off their housing with very light pressure. They are not fit for purpose as they cannot be properly tightened to do their job. Such a shame on an otherwise very good bag. I have since looked at a lot of other rucksacks of various brands that use the same system for their chest straps. All of them are strong enough to put a lot of pressure on the straps as needed. They cannot be pulled off by hand. The design of the attachment method is as it is so that the position of the straps can be changed. Not so they can come off as I was told by your office was meant to happen when i asked about it. Please refer this back to your design department to get it sorted. I suspect all these bags are like this due to the poor, flexible quality of the plastic used.

Thanks for the feedback, and we're glad the bag has otherwise been a great fit for you.
The chest strap clips are designed to slide along the straps so you can move them to the position that suits you best. We do value your thoughts on how firmly they hold though, and we've passed this on to our design team so it can be looked at as part of future improvements to the bag.
Have a good day.

Good but sweaty
The hi-viz gilet is generally very good. The fit is excellent and the hi-viz properties too. It loses a star down to the lack of breathability. Best used when it’s below 10degC. But then you’re generally running into the wetter weather so may prefer long sleeves to keep you dry. If the hi-viz fabric was cut into more panels and more ventilation introduced in between it could reduce this sweaty problem. Overall though I am pleased with the item for the price and would recommend it!

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with the excellent fit and highly visible design of our gilet. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the ventilation and breathability of the fabric during warmer runs. Your creative suggestion to incorporate more panels for airflow is incredibly helpful, and we will share this idea with our product design team to help improve future versions. Thank you for recommending our product and for sharing your valuable insights with us.
