We’re genuinely sorry to read that you feel disappointed with your experience. We always want you to receive your product smoothly and be satisfied with our service.

That said, according to the carrier’s tracking information, the package was successfully delivered and handed over, and a delivery photo was also provided as confirmation. As soon as you contacted us, we tried to assist by asking you to open a carrier claim and send us the claim number so we could properly investigate the matter further on your behalf.

Unfortunately, we never received the requested claim information, which limited what we were able to do with the shipping provider. Instead, an inquiry was opened without the necessary documentation needed for a formal investigation.

We understand that delivery issues can be frustrating, and we are always happy to help when you can work with us through the proper process. We remain open to resolving the matter if the requested claim details are provided.

We’re also really sorry about the longer delivery times you experienced. We completely understand that you would prefer receiving the products faster, and we truly appreciate your patience despite the longer delivery times we previously had.

Our team has made an adjustment starting today (March 11th). Our shipping route and process has been updated, and delivery is now expected to take 3–7 days after an order has been shipped, instead of the 7-12 working days previously.
