Puddlelights Opiniões

Item received does not fit my car. Left voicemail message. Let email. NO RESPONSE.

Very good quality Leds and very easy installation

Avoid at all costs – Overpriced dropshipped items from China with misleading UK branding
Review:
I wish I had done more research before ordering from puddlelights.co.uk. Despite the .co.uk domain and professional-looking website giving the impression of a UK-based company with fast delivery, my order shipped directly from China and took over a week to arrive.
The puddle lights themselves are identical to the cheap generic versions you can buy on AliExpress or Temu for a fraction of the price – often 3-4 times cheaper. They're charging premium UK prices for basic dropshipped products with a massive markup.
To make matters worse, their returns policy requires you to pay for shipping the item all the way back to China if there's any issue (which cost me around £12 in postage). No easy UK returns here.
This lack of transparency feels deceptive, and it's frustrating to support what turns out to be just a middleman reseller. Save your money and buy directly from AliExpress – same product, same long shipping time, but without the huge markup. Strongly recommend avoiding this company

Searched for a UK based company, I thought a .co.uk would be legit. Unfortunately, this is based in China. I tried to cancel my order, hours after placing it only to be told the item had shipped. Checked the tracking and found the item had not shipped, emailed the customer service and was totally ignored. Do not use this company, it is a scam!

Arrived quickly and easy to install. Perfect gift for someone who loves their car!
Customer service fast to reply with helpful advice

Very good service good product well made and works brilliant no issues seller was amazing with information and responsive

Third set of puddle lights , these are super bright and look amazing, only on third set due to mechanics messing around with them when vehicle is in for service .
Fully recommended, these look great on any car and loads of choice

Work a treat

Very impressed with quality 👏 👌

Very pleased with the puddle lights.
Bright and very clear image.
Issue with the courier on the first order but this was quickly sorted by puddlelights.
Highly recommended.

I got a great service from these guys. I ordered the wrong part and when I asked about an exchange there was no complications they just said yes. I had to pay P+P but I was fine with that. Thanks

Great service great product

The website is very clear and the product turned up within the specified delivery timescale. The lights are very good quality and the installation was as simple as advertised - I highly recommend!

Product exactly as described, easy to fit & work well. I would have given 5 stars but they were on the expensive side.

Exactly as it said on the tin!

Good quality and easy to fit- just had to wiggle the contact pins - otherwise straightforward.

Great value compared to OEM versions and just as good.

Orded these to go on my 2014 E400, really happy with how they look.

Great service and look brilliant on my xj

Fast shiping, great lights.

Great idea, had some stick on battery ones before and compared to those these are brilliant. Reasonable delivery time.
