Top-notch products and

First off puff coat products are amazing. They definitely are not the cheapest devices available on the market, but they are the top quality so you pay for what you get my unit shut off and would not turn back on during a firmware update. I reached out to Customer Service and Ronald was super helpful. He answered all my questions gave me a bunch of tips to try to get it to work and even though it was outside of the manufacturers warranty since it was a firmware thing, they took the device back fixed it and sent it back. Thank you Ppooff and Ronald for being top-notch in the device and Customer Service

I've had nothing but really great service from Puffco. I've emailed a couple of times with questions or concerns about my Puffco Pivot. All's well. The Pivot is kicking my a**. Thanks Puffco. You have my business.

I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed with Puffco’s customer service. My brand new Peak stopped working, so I followed their instructions and shipped it back. After confirming the device was broken, they asked for my address to send a replacement on May 14th, but I haven’t heard a word since. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered. For a premium-priced product, this level of support is unacceptable. My request number is 650037—Puffco, please look up my record and actually resolve this. Buyer beware: customer service is practically nonexistent and communication is terrible.

I received the totally wrong items when…

I received the totally wrong items when my order Finally did arrive. The only form of contacting the company is an email address. It took 5 days to receive a response that they were contacting their shipping department and would update me. 2 days later I receive the response that I can print a shipping label, then I have to take the item to the post office, and once they receive confirmation that the package is on the way back to them, they will begin to process my refund. I ordered nearly $300 worth of merchandise and received about a $100 order, and quite a hassle to get my money back. I will never order from this company again, and can't recommend anyone else to either.

Puffco is the GOAT!

I want to start by saying Puffco’s support team is amazing! This was my first time having to reach out to their support team which was a top-notch experience. Alright so here is why, I had an issue with two different devices (that I bought at separate times). When initially reach out to puffco I was very impressed, Syndee (who was helping me with my issues) was very attentive to my issues addressing each individual issue so to not miss any details and she was very knowledgeable which made the whole interaction very seamless. I want to say thank you Syndee and the Puffco Team!! I have been using Puffco devices ever since 2019 and have been a fan and supporter of the brand, after this interaction it just makes this brand that much better for me. Thank you all and stay lifted!

What a joke of a company

What a joke of a company. They sell faulty products that they are happy to replace with more faulty products, but won’t provide reimbursement. There are wear items that cost $100+ that are expected to break and be replaced every few months on several of their devices. Customer service is non-existent. Do not spend your money with this company!

Puffco Pivot Review

EDIT REPLY TO PUFFCO: Dear puffco,

I do not seek thanks for understanding or patience as I have none.

I shouldn't need to return my base, I live in PA and you guys are across the country. It'll take weeks for me to get my base back IF I get it back and im not sending it in for you guys to say there's nothing we can do and just return my pivot base and waste my damn time. Honestly made me even more frustrated with puffcos reply here. If I could id give this a 0 stars now. HOW TO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I went ahead and verified my account to, to help users validate that im not a bot and I truly had a horrible time here. And apparently puffcos policy outweighs customers happiness and customer satisfaction. Do not do buisness with Puffco.

Also why are you more courteous and faster to reply to my review here but I am still waiting for a reply from Caity my Puffco support agents. 130$ puffco stole from me

Chamber completely broke on me twice, I warrantied it and it broke the same way again 3 days later. I've had a horrible time dealing with puffco support and getting a working pivot. The pivot is supposed to be portable but dont dare try hitting it where you can't iso the chamber or soak it in 91+ iso after your second refill and dont think you can just clean it with a globmop and soak it later while its in your car or pocket as the dab residue gets into the inner working of the chamber and will cause the chamber to prematurely fail. I've done 20 min soaks to 1 hr to longer to test how I can get all the residue out but it doesn't. I learned as I was cleaning it the heat from my hands would leak the residue back into the chamber and excrete dab juice on the outside. It was completely unusable for me and I think caused my atomizer to completely break. Twice. After waiting weeks for shipping for a new chamber and weeks waiting for the actual device to come in from purchase date and having both chambers break on me. I gave in and ordered a Dr Dabber Switch 2 and having the most incredible E Rig experiance ive ever had. Please dont waste your money on this if you're looking for portability. And at that point just pay the 90 dollars extra for a peak as you'll have a much better experience as ive had a relatively good time with a peak. In conclusion its took puffco 8 days to reply to my 2nd warranty claim for the 2nd chamber and they wanted me to return my working pivot base for "inspection" of course I told them no and frankly didnt trust i would receive my base back and be out 130$ and be stolen from by the company I got it from. I told them I need a whole new pivot for this inconvenience or im getting on these websites and reddit to give this 1 review. Its an absolutely terrible experiance ive had with this device and the support agents

Amazing company! Had my Puffco stop working on me. Contacted customer support and sent it in. Unfortunately it is broken but, Sydnee was able to help me out and get a new Puffco sent out to me!

Peak pro issue

I purchased a new peak pro and the about after a week of use 3DXL chamber had connection issues contacted puffco about it and Ronald was able to help me out he was very helpful and made the experience easy!

Third Peak Pro failed. puffco says buy another

I am on my third Peak Pro base in 4 years. My first one arrive broken. After an extensive back and forth (3 weeks) I got a replacement. That one worked fine for about 14 months (right outside the warranty window), then failed.

I replaced that with a new Peak pro. Around that time my charging station just quit lighting up. Also outside the warranty. So I bought a new one.

Last week, my peak pro stopped charging after just 2 years.

So I've bought 2 peaks and 2 charging stations for a total of $1520 (plus tax) and now have nothing to show for it.

I contacted puffco, and their advice was to buy a third peak pro.

So my question is, how many peak pros do you expect people to buy at $450 a pop? How often am I expected to replace my $450 device with a brand new one?

I also own a pivot, which claims 20 charge cycles on blue but only delivers about 5.

What's going on with your batteries? My PS4 controller still charges and I got that on launch day.

People should really consider how often they want to replace this expensive device before they buy one.

I contacted puffco and their response was “so sorry. But there’s nothing we can do. Please buy another peak pro.”

I’m done giving money to this “lifestyle” company that makes junk products for Instagram.

Though our teams only goal is to help a customer in need, please understand that the Limited Warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date and in this case would be expired.

While we typically aren't able to provide discounts towards new device purchases, a courtesy discount code was offered to help make up for any inconvenience the expired warranty may have caused you. Additionally, the discount code provided to you is for the new V2 Peak Pro, which comes with a 2-year warranty, offering you greater peace of mind for the future.

Hot knife customer service is stellar

My Hot knife went bad just under their 1 year warranty. I contacted them through email. And Sydnee took great care of my situation. After some emails, I got a replacement. It only did it come fast. I came in my favorite color. Puffco’s customer service is just as good as the amazing products they put out. Would recommend their products or services to anyone.

I had my peak pro v2 pearl stop working as it should with battery issues I let the customer service know and there sending me a new base free of charge without even knowing if my warranty was up they still are sending a new one!!!

Absolute diabolical customer service

Absolute diabolical customer service. I purchased the Proxy 19 days ago. It's worked twice & is no longer working. I emailed the company who did get back to me with steps I should take, which i already had fine before contacting them. The customer rep must think people are stupid. I replied to their email & it's been a few days with no reply. Disgusting. The last time I ever purchase anything from Puffco,
