Don’t buy from this company. Customer service is horrendous! No help, emails get ignored. They’re a joke! Bought an item, raised a home return, they posted a return label didn’t take the parcel. Can’t raise another return as not able to as one in place already. No help whatsoever from online chat/what’s app. I’ve emailed every day for a week and ignored, not one reply! I’ve raised a complaint with the Ombudsman as you just can’t treat people this way it’s vile! Ended up returning to store and now they’ve charged me £4.95 for a home return that didn’t happen and they are ignoring me. Disgusting service, clothes are shite anyway, poor quality! Will never buy anything from them again, first and last time!

Now I am being emailed via a different email asking me for the same information over again.
This is beyond a joke and extremely frustrating.
They clearly have no intention on returning my money and accepting the goods back.
Warning. Do Not shop from their store.

What can I say? I ordered a lovely pair of sandals from this company online. The style was good, delivery no problem.
After no more than 7 months maximum the soles have snapped on the right in the middle. The left is starting to do so.
On contacting them one week ago they have told me that this is not a fault of the sole design or make up but down to general wear and tear. Absolutely appalling.
They have the same sandals on their site today but guess what? The soles are completely different.
They pretend to have an environmental focus - with shoes that only last up to 7 months! As if!

Ik ben al 2 maanden bezig met het geld terug krijgen van mijn retourzending. Elke keer zullen ze er achter aan gaan, maar je hoort nooit meer iets. Heel erg slecht geregeld, echt absurd

Alles tip top geklappt, hatte die Bestellung nach zwei Tagen im Briefkasten, werde sicher nochmals von dort bestellen, bin sehr zufrieden!!
