Ordered a pair of jeans and they are 2 sizes smaller than the size stated!

I wanted to return them and they’re charging me £5.95 for the privilege with no way to return them myself with a cheaper method.

Der Filialleiter von Pull&Bear in Bielefeld war absolut unhöflich und rüpelhaft. Ich stimme anderen Online-Bewertungen zu: Früher war Einkaufen bei Pull&Bear ein Vergnügen. Jetzt ist es eine Katastrophe! Der Filialleiter beendete das Gespräch in einem unverschämten und provokanten Ton. Ich kann diese Filiale nicht empfehlen.

el producto no llega. cuando hice el pedido online, me informaron que lo enviarian en 2 dias. han pasado 15 dias, y todavia no lo he recibido.

Meine Teenager haben ihre Geschenkgutscheine online einlösen wollen. Leider wurde trotz Bezahlung dann ein Teil der bestellten Ware nicht geliefert. Es gibt keine Kundenhotline und dieser WhatsApp Chat ist Fake. Finger weg

I would like to thank Lloyd manager at the Trafford centre store PULL&BEAR for his lovely customer service , he was very patience with sorting my daughter in law refund out , as she never had a receipt for her coat being faulty he track the product by ringing customer service and got it sorted .. such a lovely manager & its staff like him tht makes us want to come back..
I also told my friends tht the store hav such lovely staff tht goes out of the way for you ..

Ich versuche seit Tagen die bestellte Ware zurückzuschicken. Die Größenangaben können nicht stimmen und ich habe über verschiedenen Browser versucht den Downloadlink herunterzuladen. Außer der Meldung, dass etwas schiefgelaufen ist, kommt nichts.
Wenn man wiederholt dem virtuellen Assistenten sagt, dass die Lösung des Problems nicht behoben ist, bricht es die Unterhaltung ab. Über WhatsApp chat bekommt man auch keine Lösung (auch ein virtueller Assistent). Also ist die Rücksendung nicht möglich. Die Filialen sind ewig weit weg und man würde das Geld, das man bezahlt hat für die Ware in Fahrtkosten investieren. Ich rate nur Finger weg.
Seit 3 Tagen kann ich das Problem nicht lösen, weil immer "etwas schiefgelaufen ist". Für mich ist das eine Masche und es ist gewollt, dass man die Artikel nicht zurücksenden kann.

Unhelpful, rude and dismissive staff.

Don’t buy from this company. Customer service is horrendous! No help, emails get ignored. They’re a joke! Bought an item, raised a home return, they posted a return label didn’t take the parcel. Can’t raise another return as not able to as one in place already. No help whatsoever from online chat/what’s app. I’ve emailed every day for a week and ignored, not one reply! I’ve raised a complaint with the Ombudsman as you just can’t treat people this way it’s vile! Ended up returning to store and now they’ve charged me £4.95 for a home return that didn’t happen and they are ignoring me. Disgusting service, clothes are shite anyway, poor quality!

Ik krijg op geen enkele wijze contact met Pull and Bear. Je zoekt je rot naar contactgegevens en als je dan eindelijk een chatbox of whatsapp raadpleegt krijg je te horen dat ze je niet verstaan omdat je in het engels moet communiceren en vervolgens dat er niemand beschikbaar is, terwijl ik onder kantoortijden contact op neem. Ik heb een retour gestuurd maar niet volledig terugbetaling gehad en probeer hier nu al een maand contact over te hebben. Nergens wordt op gereageerd.

I currently ordered some sandals (leather boot sandals) I was told they were arrive in 14 days. Then I was told there was a delay. After contacting a few days later I was asked for my product number, then didn’t hear anything else apart from that they have cancelled my order with no option of claiming the money back from them, They were happy to take the money and then told me to claim it back from my bank.
Probably the worst company, even though they are co partners with Zara

Ho fatto un acquisto sul sito con confezione regalo inclusa e pagata e invece non solo sono dovuta andare a ritirarla presso la sede del corriere perché non la portava a casa ma non hanno messo neppure la confezione regalo PAGATA come la spedizione a casa👎

Hice un pedido online. Durante días me mandaron emails diciendo que estuviese tranquilo aunque no sé estuviesen produciendo avances en la preparación del pedido... Hasta que me mandaron otro indicando que el pedido se cancelaba por falta de stock.

Mai sia più. Un ordine fatto il 2 dicembre mattina ad oggi 13 dicembre non ancora arrivato. Consegna stimata giovedì 11.
Troppo lunghi i tempi di consegna con Bartolini. Non acquisterò più

Shocking company. I bought a sweater on holiday in Spain and when I got it out to wear at the airport a thread had unravelled and there was a huge hole in it.

Spanish customer service say I can only return the item in Spain. They will not even provide me with a way to return it unless I take it back to a Spanish shop. This goes against EU law for faulty items, but their CS could not give a toss and basically told me to get lost.

Absolutely appalling business practice.
