On 6/22, I purchased $400 in SC. I live in Indiana and understood that this would be the last day that I could play on Pulsz.

"You have until June 22, 2026 to enter sweepstake promotions with any remaining Sweepstakes Coins in your account, and also to redeem any eligible sweepstakes prizes. ***After this date***, all Sweepstakes Coins in your account will expire, and any gameplay in SC mode will not be permitted."

I proceeded to play through my balance. After finishing around noon, I went back to the main screen to redeem only to find that they had removed the redemption button and hidden my SC balance.

I immediately contacted customer support. After going back and forth with them for much of the week, they told me that they were just going to keep my money.

This is all despite the fact that, as of today, sweeps casinos are still legal in Indiana. The law doesn't go into effect until July 1st.

I have already begun the chargeback procedure with my credit card issuer.
