Your cheating asshol3s who never let peopl3 win , I've been playing for years and haven't won a damn thing and im struggling first I win then try to redeem and days go by and it hasn't been approved and so I cancel it and I lose all my winnings when I desperately needed it I lost my truck and got my electric shut off cuz your false redemption time fram then stealing my winnings..more than you'll ever fuckn know..iv3 poured hundreds into your casino and never get shit back and I've never been more mad cuz you not redeeming my winnings of $878 after almost 3rd day then taking it, just proves kind of platform casino you are.because of your false tricks you play so u can take people's winnings by not redeeming them so you dont have to pay them is some scamming shit ..and I do believe others should know because you claimed false pretense and I lost 2days playing to get what I won then waited past what your deadline was and still nothing back so I cancel it and to redeem again and its gone .I should be given my 878back on my account to redeem ..otherwise im sharing to my groups what platform not to trust ..

Unknown to me, I supposedly had multiple accounts. I had borrowed my 8 year olds tablet and went to find a social casino so I could enjoy a few minutes of free time. I saw pulsz.com as a recommendation so went to the site and signed in under an email attached to her tablet. After depositing money 3 separate times, I hit for 340.00+. So I decided to cash out. I completed all verification and hit the button only to get my account frozen and to contact customer service which I did. Miles was who responded. After explaining it to him he went ahead and closed out the account I won on and I still haven’t gotten a straight response! Nothing. They not only took my winnings but also my money I deposited and refuse to even respond to the multiple emails that I’ve sent. So I’m supposed to be grateful and happy that they stole my money? I mean, these morons still send freakin promos. So screw you miles you smug little jerk that’s a big guy behind a keyboard. I’m pissed and going to report them to Florida gaming commission and the feds.
