Excellent, very rapid service. I ordered a filter that arrived with a loose end cap. Pumps Online sent a replacement filter without any hassles whatsoever. (They packed both filters very thoroughly so I had no concerns about that BTW). Very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

NO thanks to Grundfos.
NO thanks to Grundfos.
But Pumpsonline certainly made up for it. After due diligence I purchased a Grundfos PM2 pump controller specifically for the 30minute cut off feature. Pumpsonline was very helpful and attentive to my questions. Received the unit promptly but soon after installation noticed a small leak from a cover on the PM2. It was discovered that Grundfos had been knowingly distributing faulty PM2 units without the capability or desire to recall them.
Pumpsonline did all they could to get follow-up but Grundfos took over a month to provide any instruction on moving forward with this problem.
By then Pumpsonline had generously sent me a tested replacement - but I was up for trades costs to reinstall so wanted Grundfos to acknowledge this. Leak ended up fixing itself (for now) so agreed to keep original unit in place.
First and last Grundfos purchase I will make but thanks to Cameron will be back to Pumpsonline!
1 star to Grundfos.
