Excellent customer service

Prompt delivery, with all shipping stages well communicated. The controller arrived in good condition, and appears to be of very good quality. (I have not installed it yet so I can't comment further on the performance of the product.) Soon after delivery, a follow up email arrived offering support and advice on installation if required. Overall, this is excellent customer service.

Very prompt dispatch but let down by…

Very prompt dispatch but let down by Courier, Post Haste, who delivered the package to 42 Reimers Avenue (Eden Park Reception) instead of our residence opposite the park at 43 Reimers Avenue.

It was left to the Eden Park receptionist to contact me and tell the package was there. The courier clearly had little interest in ensuring he made the delivery to the right place.

Incredible Service!

I genuinely wish there was a 6th star! Dealing with Pumps Online has been one of my best retail experiences ever. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and at no stage throughout my interaction with them did I feel any hint of impatience or bother. The pump I bought was shipped quickly, and the advice I received was solid. I will most certainly be a repeat customer and will recommend Pumps Online without hesitation. Thanks so much team!

Communications

Communication (email updates) which is very key to a sales relationship. The filter arrives on time and is a no hassles purchase every six months.
