*Edit* They have sent another print and it's so much better. So, thank you Punk Haus!
Love the designs but the quality of prints are questionable. Ive actually produced better quality prints on my old printer and one of the prints in my order was cut wonky so I need to buy a different frame or mount so it doesn't show. Customer service not really interested..... 'will get back to you, black, black, bla'.

Hi Sherol
Thank you for updating your review - we’re really glad the replacement print arrived and that you’re much happier with it. We appreciate you giving us the chance to put things right.
We’re sorry your initial print wasn’t up to our usual standard. All of our prints are made to order using fine-art materials, so if something ever slips through quality control, we absolutely want to know so we can fix it quickly - which is what we aimed to do here.
We’re also reviewing your feedback about the earlier communication, as we always want our customer service to be as helpful and responsive as possible.
Thanks again for the update and for giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Gorgeous Prints
First, I would say I love the prints, they look amazing and are really high quality.
I’ll be honest and say that I’ve experienced delays with two of my five orders which was a little frustrating, but once dispatched they were delivered very quickly.
I believe the problem was simply volume of orders and this impacted the dispatch and customer service process. Although there was a delay, once customer service picked the issue up, it was resolved quickly.
I guess too many orders is not a bad problem to have!!!
Overall the quality of the prints outweighs any little niggles. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Emma
Thank you so much for the lovely review - we’re really glad you love your prints and appreciate you taking the time to share such a balanced, honest experience.
You’re absolutely right: during particularly busy periods, a spike in order volume can slow down dispatch and customer service a little, but we’re continuously improving our processes so we can stay on top of things even when it gets hectic. Once your orders reached our dispatch team, we’re happy to hear they arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
We really appreciate your patience and your kind words about the quality - it means a lot to our small team. Thanks again for recommending us!

Thanks so much for updating your review and confirming your prints arrived – we really appreciate you coming back to add that.
All of our framed prints are made to order, which means they can sometimes take a little longer than standard off-the-shelf products, but this is how we ensure the quality you mentioned. We’re always reviewing our stated delivery timeframes, and your feedback about making these clearer is really helpful.
Just to reassure you as well – all our messages are written and sent by real people from our small team, not AI. 😊
If you need anything else at all, or have any questions about future orders, feel free to drop us a message.

I ordered the marmite print as a birthday present for my daughter. I was pleased when it arrived within 5 days. On opening however I had received a completely different print- Yorkshire tea!
Have emailed but so far only received an automated message about getting back to me within 72 hours. Unfortunately my daughter’s birthday will have gone by 🙁

We’re really sorry this error occurred. We recently moved over to a new system and, unfortunately, a very small handful of orders were affected during that transition.
We can see that our customer support team acted swiftly once contacted, and your correct Marmite print has since been delivered.
Thank you for your patience and for giving us the chance to put this right - though to be fair, Yorkshire Tea isn’t the worst consolation prize! 😉
Glad I took the chance!
I very nearly didn’t make an order due to reviews on here but I loved the ‘Tin of Gold’ syrup tin retro print! I took the risk and the order arrived a day earlier than expected and is good quality. Just annoyed I ordered A3 instead of A2!

Terrible customer service that has definitely been handed over to AI chatbots.
Item wasn’t despatched within advertised time and so asked for a refund. Was refused and told that the item was printed and would be despatched that day. Item hadn’t been printed and wasn’t despatched that day.
Have been chasing ever since with absolutely no reply or acknowledgment so now I have to raise a chargeback with my bank.
Following their reply I have checked my order and my emails. I have 7 emails that have not been acknowledged. The order shows as cancelled and not refunded. So i do not appreciate being called a liar when I have the evidence to support what Im saying. Other reviewers also have identical experiences to me. We can’t all be liars punkhaus.
So you issued a refund- after this review was posted and then insinuated i had no reason to be unhappy because you had refunded and that my review was malicious. No notification of any refund has been sent. You have my email address and all my emails if you actually wished to resolve this- yet you continue to publicly lie about what has been said.
Nothing I have said has been a lie or malicious- but if you continue to publicly misrepresent what actually happened I will post all the proof on your social media. I suggest you retract the misinformation you have posted about me.

Hi Natalie
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. To clarify, we did communicate with you regarding the delay to your order, which was due to the bank holiday – something we clearly state in our FAQs may affect production and dispatch times during high-volume periods.
As requested in your email, your order was printed and then cancelled on May 30th. You were refunded in full, and we confirmed this via email. We’ve had no further contact from you since that exchange, so we’re surprised to see this review suggesting otherwise.
We’re a small independent business doing our best to stay transparent and helpful – leaving a 1-star review after receiving a full refund, simply to cause reputational damage, is really disappointing.
*ADDITONAL*
Thanks for your follow-up.
We've checked our system and can only see three emails from you: one of which we replied to on May 27th, and then your cancellation request, which we actioned on May 30th. A refund was issued and a notification confirming this was sent on June 2nd – depending on the payment method, it can take up to 10 working days to show on your statement.
We’re absolutely not calling you a liar – we're simply outlining the facts and the correspondence we have on record from our side.
Everyone is free to leave whatever review they like, and we always try to respond to any unfortunate 1-star reviews with solutions. We’re a small business – not run by robots – and while that means we offer a more personal service, it also means we can’t always operate at the speed of big-box retailers. That said, we do our best to be transparent about production and dispatch times, and we're sorry this experience didn’t work out the way any of us would’ve liked.
We’re only human, and we do care – always.
Prompt delivery, great quality
Some other reviews mention delays in shipping so was worried to order but our prints arrived very quickly and are of a beautiful quality, hopefully the shipping problems are behind them now

Thanks for the fab review Alex! You’re right - we did go through a bit of a “trial-and-error” era with our couriers (think speed dating, but less fun). But we’ve found our shipping soulmate now, and we’re so glad your order arrived fast and flawless. Thank you for trusting us! Enjoy your prints!
