If I could give zero stars I would. They don't deserve 1. They have an unlawful uk returns policy.
Under UK "distance selling" law (i.e online), you have the right to cancel an order for a limited time for any reason, even if the item is not faulty. The seller must adhere to the following rules:
A full refund must be offered to the customer if they inform you within 14 days of receiving an item that they want to cancel. The customer has a further 14 days to return the item after notifying you.
The customer must be refunded within 14 days of the returned goods being received by you. The customer is not required to provide a reason for the return.
However, if you attempt to return something, you won't be able to get in touch with them. They will ignore you. They don't have a phone number and they won't answer your emails. They also don't provide a return address so you're stuck.
The product arrived in a fair amount of time. And the puppy carry pack works great. My dog really enjoys riding in it.

After making an order back on the 13th January, I have still not received the product purchased. I have emailed the company asking for an update but have received zero response. It is now the 8th of February, nearly a month after making the purchase and no sign of delivery. Extremely disappointed, as the order confirmation website quotes "It typically takes around 5-8 business days for our orders to arrive, but it could take up to 15 business days." It seems ridiculous to receive an email asking to review this product when I haven't even received it. I would promote people to steer clear of this company if you are look to purchase a rucksack to carry your dog. Read their Trust Pilot review to see many customers bad reviews, all with similar experiences. I am so disappointed, and by the sounds of it will not even get a refund, as now I no longer require the bag, despite NEVER even receiving it! avoid like the plague.
It took more than two months to get the parcel.
In addition, I did not get replies to my emails when I communicated with them. I also tried instagram with no luck. Very disappointing as I do like the products
The products offered by PupLuck are high quality and our dog loves them. Because they are located overseas, it does take a while to get the product once it has been ordered, but it is definitely worth the wait.
You wouldn’t refund. Your parcel arrived after your 14 days. Ridiculous
The bag was not suitable. They were impossible to contact. Finally after trying email and Facebook they offered a partial refund which never arrived.
Shocking! Have sent 3 emails over the last week about a recent order & not 1 reply. Ordered 18 days ago, shows shipped but no tracking number & no response from the company. Over £50 spent & zero communication. Have no idea if order has gone missing or what
Avoid this company. We bought a large backpack for carrying a large puppy. It took weeks to arrive with no communication from the company. When it arrived it’s poor quality and not strong enough to hold the weight of dog they advertise. The bag is big but the straps and clips are weak.
Absolute sham, sent wrong size, customer service only answer 1 email on a Sunday , not English company, getting my credit card company involved . Shocking
No bag, tracking number is bogus and stuck now. Clearly a Chinese company and not based in the UK.
