I placed an order on the 15th of April 2025, and have still not received my order

I have emailed four times, WhatsApp twice and tried to call them on the number provided however this does not connect or go through. I have not even received response to any of my other communication.

This was a chance to try their food, however, I don’t think I’ll see my order any time soon. I have now wasted £35 as not one person has come back to me

Not happy, very bad service

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Took my money, didnt deliver food and ignoring all communication to refund money

I've been a long time loyal (and I thought, valued!) customer despite increasing issues with stock availability, delays and shipping issues. In February they told me they didn't have half of my order available so would ship it the following week, I agreed and then received an email to say the company was shutting down over March, I've tried tirelessly ever since to request a refund for the remainder of my order to no avail. They don't respond to emails, phone calls or WhatsApp's. Disgraceful service, especially no communication when they owe people money! I wouldn't recommend and will not be using again. I know they had. a bereavement which is very sad but there's no excuse for taking peoples money for this amount of time and not sending a product/properly running the company.
Have since switched to ProDog who have been loads better.

The recently sent a email to say my subscription was cancelled which I did not activate. I then resubscribe and never receive my order. No response via phone, whatsapp, insta, email. Bank charge back in process now. Avoid them as they used to be good but clearly not anymore.

Been a long time customer on a subscription with no issues - they have always been great and my dog loves the food. I got an email to say my subscription had been cancelled and that wasn't me so I tried to contact them; no response. I then got an email to say 'start subscription again and a discount code' which I did; email then received confirming my order, payment was taken but no food arrived. Now when I contact its direct to voicemail and WhatsApp it is not being delivered. I have had another email this morning reminding me about my account, sending another discount code etc. Clearly this is auto generated but I don't think they are doing business anymore. I read about the family bereavement which is very sad but if the company is no longer doing business it would be helpful to communicate this. Hope they get themselves sorted at some point.

I think the lady that ran the company has passed away. It’s a family run company so I imagine it’s difficult. My dogs loved their food. I’ve had no response from them. As a company they should put any information on their website. It’s just not very professional.

I have had 2 payments taken out of my account with no dog food. I have tried to ring Rawgeous on various numbers and e-mailed them with no success. They have taken £150 in total with no dog food and no communication. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We have been using this brand for 5 year and I thought I was a valued customer but obviously not!!

Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order or had any response from the team.

This brand came highly recommended by our trainer so we bought a box but unfortunately it has yet to arrive. I've attempted to contact them over mail and WhatsApp, however it's been over a week with no response. I'm trying to get a refund now but there is no clear way on the website or the Shopify app to do so, I may have to contact PayPal as luckily that's what I used to make the purchase.

They never fulfilled my next-day delivery order from 20th February. A couple of days later, I received an email saying my subscription was cancelled, which I never requested. Despite contacting them multiple times via email and WhatsApp and requesting a refund, I have had absolutely no response. In addition, they have recently had a lot of stock issues and often substitute meats; while I have always been accommodating of this, it's worth considering that the substitutes offered may not be suitable for dogs with specific intolerances. I have been a loyal customer of Rawgeous for 3 years, but after this experience, I will not be using them again. Please, please, please do not order from this company, they will take your money and not deliver.

Tried to sort out my delivery arranged for 25th February
When I went to check it had reverted back to April so I did it again! They took the money out of my account twice and no delivery. I have rang, text, emailed, facebook messaged and nothing! It’s disgusting
There is nothing on their website to say if they have gone out of business, or closed down!
How can they treat customers like this. I want my money back now
I cannot recommend and will now look elsewhere for my dog food. It’s a shame my dog loved their food

Dog food never received had to get a refund customer service poor

I absolutely love this raw food but the availability has continued to be a problem for a year or so. I tried to persevere as a long standing customer but it continued to be an issue with no discounts or free items for the inconvenience there seemed no reason to stay. Think you are missing a trick here.

We have a subscription with this company for our dog food to be delivered every 4 weeks with next day delivery. They have taken the money from our account and not fulfilled the order. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt as they may be busy but we’ve had no contact from them no matter how many times we’ve rang and left messages and we’ve only got enough dog food to last the next couple of days. I’ve now had an email saying ‘we’re sad to see you go’ and that I have unsubscribed, which I have not! The fact they think this is acceptable is appalling. I’d like a refund and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Do not order from this company!!! They have taken the money from my account but not fulfilled the order. I was previously a very loyal customer of over 6 years. In the past if an order was delayed I had messages to let me know. On this occasion nothing. I have sent emails, WhatsApp messages and left phone messages. No one has responded. I have now received emails saying I have unsubscribed. I have not done this - they have!! Their customer service is appalling. I want my money back.

My dogs love the food. There's a great variety and treats too if you want them. Delivery is always exactly when they say it will be. Great company.

Rawgeous is 5star used different Raw food companies this is far the best
top quality food, easy to order delivery on time 👍our 3 terriers love it I can’t get it in their bowls fast enough we will be subscribing totally recommend this company 👍
