I wish I could rate zero! This is a SCAM! They take your money, process the order and tell you its on its way and provide a phony tracking number. When asked about it they give the same response. I've been waiting for one week to receive my order. I'm done with these Facebook ads, I have yet to find a reputable company. I will stick with my vets recommendations instead.

Awful customer service. Did not realise this was a subscription and promptly cancelled it and my order within 1 hour of making it. Got an email to say my money would be refunded and subscription would be cancelled. Goods arrived despite me cancelling the order, money was not refunded and a complete waste as my dog wouldn’t even touch the product! Don’t waste your time on this

Heard and read good things about the product so I decided to try for my 2 dogs

Ive tried several allergy/vitamin/probiotic brands. This one seems to have what i feel they need except I would like to know if the ingredient list has enough of each ingredient to meet my pups needs. They do love the taste ! Ive only been using about 6 weeks seem to be better.

Great ratings got my attention when I was actually looking at the same type of powder from a different company.

I was looking for calming chews for my 16-year old dog. The brand I have been using is sold out, so I went on Google and search "best calming chews for senior dogs". Pupdose was listed as the highest rated one. It shows that it doesn't just sedate, but truly helps with the anxiety. My dogs wouldn't touch it and don't get fooled into signing up to a repeat purchase by mistake because they won't refund you and it's near impossible to cancel.
