This matter was formally reviewed by PayPal and resolved in our favour.
Even so, and in line with our earlier commitment, we have still honoured the agreed partial refund as a goodwill gesture, because we believe in doing the right thing for our customers, even when it’s difficult.

We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency, as the current review contains an incorrect statement.
After delivery, we proactively contacted you to request feedback. When you expressed dissatisfaction, we immediately offered a full refund with return, or a partial goodwill refund — before any public review was posted.
At no point was a refund conditional on a 5-star review. The refund options were offered in line with our standard policy. After you chose a partial refund while keeping the product, this was processed accordingly.
A full refund remains available upon return of the item, should you wish to proceed that way.
We respect every customer’s right to share feedback, and we also believe it’s important that feedback accurately reflects what occurred.

I purchased 2 of these beds both size large for my pups when they arrived one was the correct size , one was in size small . I have contacted pups n beds on many occasions asking how I can exchange the small bed for the large one & I just get no response. This has been going on for weeks . Stuck with a bed i paid double for that I can’t use , very disappointing 😔

This company can improve by doing what they say and exchanging products that they have wrongly sent. I only wish that I had read Justin's review Dec 2024 before I ordered anything from this company. Basically the same story as him. We ordered large and they sent small. Obviously had no intention of exchanging this for us. Plenty of emails saying they wanted to help but certainly not the case and I also don't think that they are an Australian company as advertised. We have also been scammed so please if you are thinking of ordering from this company DON'T!!

Horrible experience. Scammed
Purchased a 'large' dog bed for the car. Unfortunately we were delivered a 'small' bed. At first, we were not concerned as they clearly advertise a simple and easy returns policy. We emailed the business to immediately inform them of the issue, including photo evidence of the item received not being what we paid for. They initially responded to our email with a promise to exchange the item but to allow for a 24-48 hour 'investigation.' We grew concerned after hearing nothing for 5 days. Beyond this, I have had to follow up several times and received a couple of email responses full of apologies and empty promises, but no actionable solution. The entire process now has taken 4 weeks and our most recent follow up email has now gone completely ignored for well over a week. They advertise themselves as a small, Australian family owned business, but it is clear their customer service 'team' are outsourced and appear unable to help in any way if a mistake is made. Or worse, have no intention of helping. Having no phone number to contact should've been an obvious red flag for us. The only positive out of all this, is I can now convince anyone considering buying from this business to look elsewhere. We tried to support local, but it has been a terrible experience and we feel we have been scammed.

Having had the calming car bed for a few months now, I can honestly say that Bodhi loves his car seat.
He dives into it, digs around and settles down to sleep away the trip no matter how short or long.

Our pup absolutely loves his bed!
Our pup absolutely loves his bed. He feels so comfortable in the car now that he'll just lay down and relax or doze off. The bed is of great quality! The straps are secure and the cushion and material are so soft. We usually find him sleeping in it around the house and he chooses it over his other beds. Highly recommend!

Excellent Quality of calming bed
Ever since I adopted my fur baby, every day feels like an exciting new chapter. From road trips to beach days and just the casual drive to the dog park, my car's backseat became his little playground. But it also became the spot for his many restless moments. When I came across the car seat and calming bed bundle from Pups and beds, I thought I'd give it a shot.
Honestly, it's been such a relief. My pup now has his very own throne in the car, making our drives so much smoother. And at home? The calming bed is the stuff of dreams. I no longer have to deal with his midnight zoomies or the restless pacing. He curls up in that bed, and it's like all his worries melt away.
