We were sold a new roof upon meeting with Kev we showed him the leaks we were having and he was confident that a new roof would fix it. We were told the tiles from our house will also be stripped back a few rows to have a good look to check there’s nothing else before installing the conservatory roof. However it’s clear that this never happened as we’re 8 months on, with more water damage, and they’ve washed their hands with the job by saying it’s the house and not the conservatory. Very poor service and they’re not interested once you’ve paid up. If they done what they promised from the start, we would have fixed the actual issue.. If you’re thinking of having a new conservatory roof fitted because of a leak, please take our advice of getting a 2nd or 3rd option before handing your money over to these.

We needed a dilapidated small extension demolished and rebuilt as it was completely shot to pieces and had a few companies in to quote, most of which were a waste of time. When Debbie arrived it was like a breath of fresh air! She was extremely professional and explained all our options clearly, showing us a sample of the lovely lightweight roof we could have which would make it a proper room instead of a posh lean-to! She gave us a quote for a fantastic job which was only £2k more than another local firm and the difference in quality and finish was like day and night! We accepted the quote and when Lee came to measure up we had also decided on three replacement windows on the front of the house as they were gloomy and only had top openers, so he measured up and we ordered them too rather than mess around with anyone else.
What was delivered on both jobs was nothing short of outstanding, as were Lee and Kevin! The windows were done very quickly before the garden room was started and they demolished and cleared the site at the back the same day very quickly with no mess. The difference the windows have made is incredible inside and out, and the Activ Blue glass makes them super easy to keep clean. In place of the ancient leaky aluminium and polycarbonate wreck we now have a proper cosy little room at the back with efficient double glazing and top openers, an extra wide door, electric lights and proper plastered insulated walls all beautifully finished with grey cladding on the outside. All the guttering and drainage was sorted and tidied up and we couldn't fault their speed and efficiency. Would recommend them in a hearbeat!

Lee and Kevin couldn't have worked harder. Their standard of work is excellent. Lee has years of experience.

Following a series of unsatisfactory experiences with unscrupulous companies attempting to exploit me, I sought a reputable company that could provide all necessary building certificates and insurance for my project. This company stands out for its honesty and offers competitive pricing. Despite encountering several challenges, Debbie professionally managed them effectively without any adverse effects. Lee and Kevin, the contractors, were diligent and completed the job efficiently.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will undoubtedly return to them for any future projects.

I had the warmer roof installed and I’m amazed at the difference it has made. We’re in extreme heatwave and the conservatory now is no different temperature to rest of the house. Even the slight bit of sun before would make it so hot I couldn’t pass through it the garden without feeling the intense heat. It’s now a very usable room like all other rooms in the house. The difference is amazing. I will continue to update through the seasons.

From start to finish dealing with Pure Conservatory Solutions was an absolute pleasure. The new roof has made such a difference to what was an unusable space for such a large part of the year. Ten months after installation I couldn't be happier. The room is warmer in the winter, quieter when it rains and maintains a pleasant temperature in the summer instead of being too hot and looks so much better than the old polycarbonate roof it replaced.

Customer service extremely good and helpful. When we had a last minute emergency there was no problem at all with changing the schedule, and they were very patient with us in making a new date,eve

We had three quotes from different companies for a supalite roof and pure conservatories were by far the cheapest. It did make me wonder if their workmanship would be up to scratch but I needn't have worried as it was top notch. Debbie and the team kept us informed about every stage of the build and after 3 months we have had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend them.

Pure conservatories transformed our cold, noisy conservatory into a usable all year round space. From the planning to the completion they made the process very easy.
