Shameful emotional blackmail
It is shameful that older people can be essentially emotionally blackmailed into having one of these budget cremations, believing what the advert tells them, that no one likes to go to a funeral and no one wants the hassle in the expense of remembering the departed person. Research has proven that actually funerals are extremely beneficial when a family member has died and help to support the grieving process. The fact that so-called celebrities are making money convincing elderly people that no one cares about them, and that they are a burden to their family, should be investigated by the government. This is a cruel and heartless way of doing business.

We agree that, for a lot of families, having the opportunity to say goodbye is important, and it is a common misconception that with a Pure Cremation, there is no farewell. Families are simply doing this on their own terms, often with a more personal farewell without the time constraints of arranging a funeral. It’s all about choice.
