It’s been over a week since I put in my order and it still hasn’t even shipped out yet… submitted request from the sellers and still haven’t gotten a response. 0/10 customer service.

Scam website like everyone is saying. The couple of 5 stars clearly work there as scamming scammers fing everyone over

SCAM!!! These people will lie to your face saying they have delays due to their provider. However they will never get in contact with you and will stop responding you when you ask for a refund! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES AND DO NOT BUY THERE! TO ALL THAT GOT SCAMMED BY THEM, CONTEST THE CHARGES WITH YOUR BANK, REPORT TO GOOGLE, REPORT TO SHOP!!!

Shipping was quick, product as described. Would reccomend

I ordered a protein powder on 19/02/26 and did not receive anything. Received a txt from Lindsay from this number +61 485 002 267 with my order details; I messaged and called her but the number is disconnected. DO NOT BUY HERE, DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Scam site! Buyer beware! I made a purchase on 24 Feb for products that appeared to be in stock. I emailed them Feb 28 inquiring about when I could expect my product to be shipped, as the site says 2 days. I had not received any type of communication regarding my order. I was informed shortly after that they were out of stock and were expecting 1200 units of the product in a few days and would begin shipping next business day. I then waited and emailed AGAIN March 4 as I had not heard anything regarding my order. Received another email full of excuses as to why my order had not shipped. I really don’t understand what this company are trying to accomplish. DO NOT buy from the site. CONTINUE TO REPORT THEIR SPONSORED GOOGLE ADS SO THAT THEY GET REMOVED.

I ordered creamy rice this week and had an amazing experience. I received my order in 2 days and it's delicious, highly recommend!

01/15/26 ordered almost $800 of cream of rice, used a discount code that they had texted me for savings, today is 2/9/26, no tracking information provided still, no responses to 12 emails that i have sent, also got charged a foreign transaction fee on top of everything else. These guys are scammers. STAY AWAY.

Ordered and paid on 24th Jan - its 8th Feb, 0 updates on my order, would like to warn other consumers of this company, maybe look for other alternatives.

Did even get sent for two weeks, I chased up with no response, waited a couple days and cancelled.

Four weeks since order and no sign of it being delivered - looks like I've been conned. This company needs closing down.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered $200 US worth of protein and it has been 24 days- no protein- no refund and after 4 emails- no responses either! I am still looking for a response, my product or my refund.

Made an order after seeing their promotion for cream of rice however, should've known it was a scam as they didn't post my package or let me know if it was delayed and after waiting 3 weeks contacted them for to cancel my order and refund my purchase. Poor customer service and complete waste of time trying to get anything from this site, avoid at all costs!

This company is a complete scam, firstly they say on their website that you will not be charged customs or taxes, I then get a bill from FedEx for over half the price of my order, the company doesn’t respond to my multiple emails over the course of a few days and then when I eventually pay it, I have to contact FedEx only to find that they’ve sent an empty box, avoid this company, it’s a scam

This company is NOT trustworthy. I made a purchase on July 21st for product that appeared to be in stock. I had looked elsewhere for the same product and it was listed as sold out so I chose to try my first and now last purchase from Pure. I emailed them July 28th inquiring about when I could expect my product as I had not received any type of communication regarding my order. I was informed shortly after that they were expecting their order in a few days and would begin shipping pending orders right away. I then waited and waited and emailed AGAIN August 8th as I had not heard anything regarding my order. On August 25th I received an email from a mailing list, not even an actual response stating almost the same thing as the previous email, that they were expecting their shipment that week. They also promised to respond to the”high volume of emails” individually which was a blatant lie. I then waited to receive another email from a mailing list September 3rd stating that my product is back in stock and yet again a promise that they would begin shipping outstanding orders that week and would be sending out tracking numbers. Surprise surprise, I have yet to hear ANYTHING from Pure and still don’t have my product that I paid for OVER TWO MONTHS AGO. To be sold a product that is not available is deceptive and at this point I think this company has taken my money and run. I ordered the same product from bulldog when it was listed as in stock last week and it came today. Save your hard earned money and stay away from Pure!!!
