Very professional and pleasant experience during the purchase of my HMO through Pureinvestor.
Mark Burns was always honest, impressive, knowledgeable and readily available to respond quickly and efficiently to queries.
Mark was engaged from inception to completion throughout the conveyancing process ensuring the transaction progressed seamlessly between both parties.

Outstanding service from start to finish
I had a great experience purchasing my buy to let property with Tenants in situ through Pure Investor. From the initial discussions right through to completion, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.
They kept me well informed at every stage of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. Their understanding of the market really showed — as a result of their advice and handling, I was able to achieve a £100 per month rental increase, which made a significant difference to the overall investment return.
