Worked with Jaya on an investment property in salford and it s been an amazing experience. She would find you very good hidden gems, great negotiator but never too pushy. She would give you the right advice at the right time and always do the best for her client. I worked with other agents in the manchester area and she was the best by far. I have to precise I am not related to her but when you work with someone good at her job I believe it is important to be recognized.

First time investment buyers need Pure
As first time investment buyers, we were pleased to have found such a helpful company to work with. Jaya is very knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to have dealt with. Vicki-Louise has been great too. We will be using their in house branch to manage the letting and comms have been spot on. Very much appreciated, look forward to working with them again.

Very professional and pleasant experience during the purchase of my HMO through Pureinvestor.
Mark Burns was always honest, impressive, knowledgeable and readily available to respond quickly and efficiently to queries.
Mark was engaged from inception to completion throughout the conveyancing process ensuring the transaction progressed seamlessly between both parties.

Outstanding service from start to finish
I had a great experience purchasing my buy to let property with Tenants in situ through Pure Investor. From the initial discussions right through to completion, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.
They kept me well informed at every stage of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. Their understanding of the market really showed — as a result of their advice and handling, I was able to achieve a £100 per month rental increase, which made a significant difference to the overall investment return.
