Great experience, reliable, honest and proactive
Chris has been just what we needed, when it came to sell and manage our property. He has been reliable, trustworthy, and nothing but helpful and proactive. After having a terrible experience with Alliance, Pure Investor has been a saviour. We are very pleased with their amazing service, and would totally recommend the agency. Please save yourself a headache, and let them take care and manage your property.

Pure Invest is Top Notch
I have been dealing with Chris and Mark of Pure Invest for over seven years now. My experience with them has been outstanding.
A case in point, sale of my Middlesbrough property. They got an incredible deal credit to a profound understanding of the housing market in that part of UK. More than that, the team was fantastic throughout the process. They presented a realistic schedule of activities, patiently explained the process, answered all my questions with in-depth explanations so that I fully understand what I was doing.
One other thing that stood out for me during all these years is that the team has been consistently available and approachable - I spent almost half of the day with Chis taking me round Manchester explaining to me the emerging real estate investment opportunities.
As a foreign investor in UK properties for over 10 years, I have my fair share of unprofessional real estate agents and organizations whose main interest is to fleece investors but I will highly recommend Pure invest to anyone looking for top notch real estate services with personal touch.

Hi Shams,
It's good to hear from you, and thank you for taking the time out to provide your review of the service we offer here at Pure Investor.
We do appreciate there have been a number of delays as part of your transaction, this was primarily down to the new Building Safety Act legislation. However, most of the solicitors are now working through the new requirements and legislation quicker, so we would hope this will improve further over the coming weeks and months.
Once again, thank you for choosing to work with us on your student property investment, and we look forward to hopefully working with you on your next property investment in the UK!

It's also good to hear that the updates we're sending through are working so well for you. We're always keen to ensure our clients who purchase off-plan are kept up to date with regards to the build schedule and consruction process. As such, we're (very) regular visitors to the construction sites on our developments, and we regularly provide video updates for our clients on them.
Once again, thank you for choosing to invest in a student property with us here at Pure Investor, and we look forward to working with your next property investment in the future!

Professional and Effective
The support we got from Chris from the time we reserved till we closed on the apartment purchase was outstanding.
We were not in the country throughout the process and he was able to guide and support us through successfully upgrading from a 1-bed unit to a 2- bed unit (even after contracts were exchanged!) and also getting our variation for a bathtub to be installed instead of the standard shower stall!
Awesome outcome!
We are eternally grateful to Chris for his support in purchasing our new home.
