Excellent service by Chris and his team! I had listed my property with another agent and nothing happened for three months. Then I switched to Pure Investor and my property was listed and sold within a few days, and for a higher price than my previous agent. Throughout the sale process, I was constantly updated on its progress by Chris and his team member Katie.
Chris has been exceptional, even following up with me after the sale was completed, just to check if everything was in order.
I would strongly recommend Chris and his team to other investors, especially foreign purchasers/sellers like myself.

This was my first experience of buying a property as a UK citizen living overseas, the team at Pure Investor were extremely helpful in talking me through the complexities of the process and were always available when I had questions and needed their help. I have bought a property from them. The whole process was a disgrace. My lawyer was awaiting the searches to come back for many months. So we could not go to the next step. When I told them I wanted out of the contract due to their failure, they told me I would loose the reservation fee. This company just takes you're money and then leave you hanging. I am not living in the UK so I can not go over there and demand some answers.
I do not get the right information/explanation. I asked on 3 December how the rent of the property is taken care of. I received a short email that X1 will make contact with me to confirm all details and account details for rental payments ect. I contacted X1 myself. Till this date no action what so ever. Its over six months now since the reservation. I would not advice to do business with this company.
