Easy to order, straightforward process, arrived very quickly. The only UK company I know that sells samples of Diamine ink.

I had short communication with Pure Pens - they answered fast and accurately to my questions. After discussing my potential order and finalizing the items, I placed order via web-page - the process was easy and clear. I placed order in the afternoon and I received confirmation that my order was sent on the next day. Order was delivered on the second day after my order. Everything was packed well and there were marks Fragile allover the packaging.
Beside my small order - TWSBI Eco, and 30ml Diamine ink there was small gift in the package plus invoice and leaflet of Pure Pens.
Everything was perfect and most probably I will order items from Pure Pens as soon as I need anything from the range of their products.

For some reason my order didn't come for a week after it should have had. So I emailed their costumer service and they offered to send me a replacement parcel. This one arrived soon and was well-packaged. My experience with the website was great.

They definitely made up for whatever happened to the first parcel, so I rate 5 stars

My order arrived well-packaged so there was no fear of any damage. It also came very promptly, which was pleasing. The choice of inks and pens are great, and suit every budget. Lots of information on the website, too, so you can make informed choices.
All reasons why I'm a repeat customer!

Once again Pure Pens comes to the fore, i ordered at around 4pm on 3/4/19, because of the time i expected the inks on Friday like the last time i ordered. The following day we were out and so was pleasantly surprised to see that the postman had tried to deliver it that day. I had to go to the main post office to collect the parcel which was my problem, Pure pens surpassed themselves in processing my order in time for their postal collection so that it would be with me the following day. I will be ordering from Pure Pens again with this wonderful service, well done to all at Pure Pens.

Great service
I'm delighted with the TWSBI fountain pen which arrived within a couple of days. The website was easy to navigate, with good detail and pricing clear and I have no doubt that I will be making regular purchases from Pure Pens.

Came across this retailer online and placed an order online. I have chosen this retailer as they provide a diverse range of Noodler's bottled inks few other retailers have. The sales assistant was patient and kind enough in attending to my queries and send it to the hotel I stayed in. One little issue I had that led me to give a 4-star review is that, as a tourist, the Value Added Tax refund form I have requested for was absent in my parcel.

Quick delivery, pens and ink were as described and worked as intended

Ordered ink again from Pure Pens. It always comes properly packaged, and I've never had any problems. Fast turnaround on the orders, too.

I purchased Noodlers Waterproof Black Ink for fountain pen use. It has totally lived up to my hopes and expectations. I use it for pen and wash painting. The website was very easy to use and delivery excellent.
