Was a bit doubtful at first but after using it for a couple of weeks I can definitely see the difference in terms of improved water quality: my skin and hair feel significantly better after installing the filter in the shower head.

Compact Shower Filter
After installing the new Compact Shower Filter I found it has a leak. I emailed PureShowers and was sent an email apologising for this happening and instructions, with pictures, on how to fix the problem. A seal had moved in shipping. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Good, valued product with efficient customer service
Good product which we have come to value, although a little tricky to fit without the inner seal inside the filter casing moving when you put the new cartridge in so hard to eliminate a slight drip remaining, but prompt and efficient customer service and delivery.

We haven't changed our shipping costs in the UK since 2010 Sheila - even though shipping prices (especially these days!) have gone up and up! But unfortunately shipping to Ireland has gone up significantly because An Post have made some changes to their incoming post checks. We do hope to go back to An post in the future to ensure prices go back to normal, once An Post have made some other improvements to their systems.

Pure Shower Cartridges brings joy back to my showers
I have purchased a couple of Pure Showers 4 stage cartridge filters. Previous to using their filters, on turning on the Shower in the morning I could smell the extremely strong stench of chlorine etc. Now it is a pleasure. The water also feels soft. I hope to shortly purchase their shower heads which appears to have a stainless steel plate. Such heads are a rarity. All good wishes to those who provide such an excellent service coupled with remarkable products.

One of the first things anyone who installs one of our shower filters will notice is that, the smell of chlorine will be gone from your water because the shower filter is removing that harmful chlorine from your shower water. So glad that you are feeling the benefits and glad that we are here to give you the best service ever :)

I’ve ordered the shower and I test my water before and after and guess what is not any difference! Like no difference at all! The chlorine level, the PH , the Alkalinity, etc ,, everything is absolutely the same using my old shower and this one! Very disappointed!

Refill Mishaps Made Right
I tried to stay ahead on refills by ordering 3 refill packages for my Vitamic C showerhead. I hadn't opened the packages until months after ordering, and found the Vitamin C blocks missing from all 3 packages.
When I contacted the customer service, replacements were arranged, sent and received within a week, and I was only asked for a few pictures of the received items. Accidents happen, but what speaks loudest is how they are handled afterwards, and PureShowers were swift and professional in my experience.
