Unsealed supplements

I have been a repeat customer since 2022. I ordered this last time and the product arrived unsealed. I reached out to customer service and they explained that I had to send photographs of the damaged seal. I understand the need for this but I had pulled the remainder of the seal off to inspect the contents. I am not willing to jeopardise my health if contents are at risk of having been tampered with. I just found the approach from the customer service assistant upsetting. Will cancel all subscriptions and delete account

I had ordered a pack of creatine. The product I ordered arrived in time. The creatine I have been taking is beneficial for me, Iam feeling a quick recovery after exercise. Relief body aching after consuming the creatinine. I would like to recommend the product I ordered to those people who seeking a better creatinine.

A really prompt reply

A really prompt reply when I had a query about a delivery being late. The delivery soon arrived too, though slightly after the expected date. The customer service was excellent and they followed up to make sure everything was alright.

Purchase of supplements

I have ordered several supplements from the range and the customer service is excellent - communication is prompt and the team are lovely to deal with when you have a query. Highly recommend.

I do feel I am seeing improvement

I got the products as a gift, I tend to not be very keen on trying gift ones, but I am loving it. My nails are strong, I do feel my hair is getting thicker. I have been taking for 7 weeks, and highly recommend, collagen and biotin

Responsive Team

I've been ordering vitamins (multi, D3 & K2) from Purolabs for over a year now.

The staff are prompt to respond when I contact them. I find it easy to delay my ongoing subscription if haven't finished the bottle - I like to have this option as I'm not always consistent in taking the capdules. Staff are polite & obliging.
Cost of the vitamins are very reasonable. I like that the capsules are suitable for vegans (am not a vegan) as I think vegan capsules are less harmful.
Good quality, obliging staff & reasonable costs so worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cancelling subscription

I am still trying to cancel my subscription and I can see so many others with the same problem which they have claimed has been resolved. It looks like I will have to contact my bank about this. Constant emails and more deliveries which I have not agreed to.
There is enough warnings on here for customers to be warned.

Unfortunately, by the time your cancellation request was confirmed on February 24, your order had already been dispatched from our warehouse that same morning. We have already reached out to you via email to arrange a return once you receive this delivery, and we will ensure this is processed smoothly for you.

They will not let me cancel my subscription

They just will not let me cancel my subscription. This has been going on months and every time I think it's sorted I get another message saying my next order is ready. They say it is simple to cancel on the website but it will not let me do it and I have wasted hours of my time.

The last charge processed was on August 25, 2025, and there have been no charges since then.

DON'T SIGN UP TO THE SUBSCRIPTION

Having signed up to a subscription the 1st order that arrived was disappointing. The vitamins are not pure but mixed with other vitamins, so for example their calcium pills were watered down with vitamin D which I had already bought, their zinc only 15% zinc!!!! I tried to cancel the subscription as I wanted pure vitamins but you cannot cancel the subscription.

I was for was forced to then email the company via their website to ask how to cancel the subscription.

I received an email saying that they do NOT ALLOW CANCELLING of any subscriptions until the SECOND ORDER has been processed. This I am sure is not legal but more to the point if a customer is not happy with the products why FORCE THEM to have more!!!!

These vitamins are over priced and as per the zinc at 15% lacking in actual product! Watered down rubbish.

I WOULD AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

We'd like to clarify that all our ingredient lists, including the precise amounts and any additional vitamins included in our formulations, are clearly displayed on each product page, along with the back label of every product. We combine certain vitamins, like Vitamin D with Calcium, because they work together to enhance absorption and effectiveness, a practice backed by nutritional science. Our Zinc supplement contains 15mg of elemental zinc per serving, which provides 150% of the recommended daily value.

Regarding your subscription, we sincerely apologise for any confusion. Our subscription policy, which is outlined on all product pages and in our FAQ section, does require two deliveries before cancellation to ensure customers have adequate time to experience the benefits of consistent supplementation. However, we recognise this wasn't the right fit for you. Our team has already reached out via email to offer you a solution that addresses your concerns, and we're pleased we could find an option that works better for you.
