Hot weather a worry for delivery
This company is usually excellent and they provide fab food. On the most recent occasion, however, I appreciate I ordered at one of the hottest times of year, but I don't think there were enough ice packs in the cardboard box. The delivery note has what appears to be a handwritten note saying "Condensed 1 box", ie my order was squeezed into one parcel, leaving little room for ice packs. Some of the sachets had virtually defrosted, which leaves me worried about how safe they will be for my cat. If the order had been delivered any later in the day, I reckon there would have been a lot of spoilage.

We're very sorry to hear that your most recent delivery didn't arrive in the condition you expected.
During periods of very hot weather, we do everything we can to keep our products frozen in transit, including using insulated packaging and ice packs. We also occasionally consolidate orders into fewer boxes where possible to reduce packaging. However, we appreciate your feedback, and we're sorry that in this instance the parcel didn't stay as cold as it should have.
If the food was still cool to the touch it is safe to refreeze. However, we'd like to look into this further for you. If you happened to take any photos of the contents when your order arrived, we'd be grateful if you could send them to us, as this will help us investigate with our packing team.
We really value your feedback, as it helps us improve our service, particularly during periods of extreme weather.

On the whole I love these products as so my cats but I laat ordered the mix boxes of pouches of different flavours yet only received one flavour in each box so that is false advertising and misinformation because I didn’t receive what I thought to be receiving! Will go back to the tubs now I think but I only chose the pouches because my seriously painful arthritic hands really struggled to separate the frozen blocks into portions so it may be an idea to portion the tubs before freezing to help people on their own and disabled like myself, juat a thought 💭 😊

We're very sorry to hear that the pouches trial pack wasn't what you were expecting. The trial pack contains two boxes of pouches, with the flavour for each box selected from the drop-down menus when ordering. We do offer two mixed-flavour box options, but looking at your order, the flavours selected were Chicken with Heart for Box 1 and Farmed Rabbit with Liver & Kidney for Box 2. We completely understand how this could have been confusing, and we're sorry if the product description wasn't as clear as it could have been.
Thank you also for your suggestion regarding the frozen tubs. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Unfortunately, due to the way our products are manufactured, we're unable to pre-portion the tubs before freezing. However, if you're finding them difficult to separate, allowing the tub to defrost for a little longer before portioning can make the meat softer and easier to divide.

I've used the tubs of meat for a year…
I've used the tubs of meat for a year or two, buying it from a pet food shop locally. Sadly, that closed recently so I decided to buy directly. The service has been wonderful and even in this extreme heat, the box of tubs arrived so well packaged thst nothing had even begun to defrost.
My 3 cats love this meat, and its tasty enough to disguise their medicines so that drugging them (old cats with various ills) has never been easier.

Purrform experience great, but the food is just not well received or liked by mine, so hence a 3 star. The service was 5 star and the products appearance, texture etc, but just not palatable for my super fussy feline, unfortunately 😕

In many cases, cats can be quite particular when changing diets, and a gradual transition is often key to acceptance—especially for fussy eaters. Introducing the food slowly alongside their current diet over a period of days (or longer if needed) can often make a significant difference.

Absolutely love purrform
Absolutely love purrform. We’ve been buying direct for about two, maybe 3 years now. We buy the ones in the pouches and it’s fantastic quality. The cats love it. I love that I can schedule delivery in advance, and we’ve never had a problem getting the food as ordered. Customer service has been great, though I’ve only needed it once.

My fussy little beasts actually eat it!! I used Luna and me and the girls both loved it to begin with, but disliked ALL their other flavours. I tried a couple of other options (Fresh/raw) and they both turned up their noses. Purrform offer Rabbit - wow, they absolutely love this flavour and now whine if they don't get their dinner on time.
Delivery came exactly as expected, everything was still frozen and well packed in material I could 100% recycle - the tubs are neat and don't take up masses of space in the freezer. And did I mention, my cats actually enjoy it???!!!

so good for allergies
I have 5 ex-ferals one of whom has a range of allergies including salmon oil which is in all pouched food, so raw food was the only option. What one gets, they all get which might seem a bit expensive but what a difference. No more waste, no allergic reactions, full bellies and empty dishes. Worth every penny.

I have two kittens and they absolutely love the food, it fills them up so therefore unlike processed foods im not constantly feeding them, at present they have set mealtimes 3 x per day. Very happy with product

My British shorthair cats will not eat…
My British shorthair cats will not eat any other brand of raw food. The sachets are just so easy to use and the tubs are great if you have more than 1 cat. Delivered on time and perfectly packed. My cats have been eating purr form for 11 years and love it. No smell in the litter box and their coats are incredible. A brilliant product

If cats could shop
After having a poorly cat who needed a house visit i learnt that not all raw food is good for him and started him back on purrform almost daily. I bought lot's of chicken and beef from supermarkets and froze and defrosted it myself and feed it to him.Big mistake our frozen chicken is meant to be cooked and our freezers do not reach cool enough temperatures to freeze,defrost then eaten raw. Purrform foods fit all the criteria for this,they have lots of different flavours, and the pouches don't take long to defrost at room temperature 20/30mins. Delivery is excellent as you can choose a date suitable for yourself.
I have been using the purrform foods for
6 years now and said puzz cat is strong and healthy, its a diet that offers lots of benefits for coat ,bones, teeth ,and general wellbeing, no smelly litter trays so its win win. 10/10 from myself and theo.

Arthur has been enjoying his Purrform raw food for nearly 10 years now. It all gets eaten, we never throw any away, and the vet says Arthur is in excellent condition and very healthy. I put the order in when needed, the service is very reliable, and it turns up on time. An excellent service and product.

Absolute Trash – Harassed Over a Discount Coupon!
I am beyond disgusted with the "support" team at this company. I’ve been a loyal subscriber, but after what happened, I am cancelling everything.
I placed my order using a valid 10% discount code provided in their own promotional email. The payment went through, the order was confirmed, and I thought that was it.
The "Support" Nightmare
I received an email from a representative who was incredibly rude. They told me that the discount "shouldn't have worked" for the specific food I bought. Instead of just honoring their own mistake, they:
• Demanded I pay the discounted money over the email or cancel my cat's food shipment.
Unbelievable Audacity: I have never had a company mail me to beg for more money after a transaction was already finalized. It is unprofessional and frankly desperate. To insult a customer’s financial situation because your website accepted a discount code is a new level of low.
Warning to pet owners: They don't care about your pets; they only care about clawing back every cent, even if it means bullying you over their own technical errors.
Save your sanity and your money—buy your cat food literally anywhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience and would like to clarify the situation.
This discount code was specifically limited for new customers and one per household. Our records showed that this was not your first order with us.
The only reason you were able to redeem it, is that you had created an additional customer account, using the same address as an existing account. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, only one customer account is permitted per household/address, so the voucher should not have been used in this instance. Any additional accounts created at the same address are not eligible for new customer discounts.
Therefore, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered the option to either pay the remaining balance, or cancel the order.
We understand that being contacted after placing an order can be frustrating, but the communication was simply intended to resolve the incorrect use of a one-time promotional offer, that had been incorrectly processed.
However, we do recognise and accept responsibility, that the possibility to create an additional account at the same address, is something we need to review internally, to prevent future issues with yourself, or other customers.
In recognition of this, we did contact you directly to discuss the matter further and work towards a fair resolution of the situation.
As a company, we do run many promotions and regularly offer discounts to both new & existing customers, to ensure that everyone across the board, can benefit from these.
It is of course, never our intention to cause upset or offence, and we are sorry that the communication was received that way. We hope you can appreciate the situation, under the circumstances.

Best raw brand out there!
Firstly, products are great - I’ve tried various raw brands over the years and my fussy cats consistently (since 2020!) enjoy the various Purrform rabbit flavours. Having a reliable raw food they’ll eat is so important to me as it keeps my boys IBD under control, his quality of life is so much better since I switched to raw.
Secondly, the service is brilliant; never had a problem with delivery, and when I messed up the date I’d requested Sam managed to fix it for me really quickly, straight after a bank holiday when I’m sure you were all really busy.

My Burmese has been on a raw food diet…
My Burmese has been on a raw food diet for about 18 months now. She is very picky but really enjoys the premium flavours.
The pouches are expensive but good quality.
I used to buy the same product from a local shop but they were very rude and delivery was hit and miss so I decided to buy directly from the supplier and haven’t looked back.
