I had ordered my RC PVC card on 20th of June 2026 it was to be delivered in 5 to 7 days unfortunately it's been 11 days now and delivery is still pending, messages on their whatsapp number and email id and even phone calls remain unanswered, one can understand delays for justified reasons but atleast the customer needs to be informed

Ordered on 20June 2026 and they said they will dispatch within 3 4 working days , after 4 days they provided me 1 tracking photo which was false because DTDC courier care said this tracking is false and not even registered. I tried calling PVC card printing customer care no. Ending with 8837, they are not picking calls , not even responding any messages . Order id is #172900 . What should i do next ?

Pathetic experience I ordered a PVC Voter Id card on 9 May 2026 with the order Id 166316 but till now no update so far if it was dispatched or not yet,tried to contact them via whatsapp but there they just read messages and don't reply.
You should understand thwt business are built on trust and better user experience.
Edit-After multiple followup on email id and call I received my card today on 20-05-2026,print quality is good no issue with that

Worst experience.. I have ordered driving license from them and paid for Dtdc courier service. I was waiting for them to send the card for almost 2 weeks. Then I contacted them through WhatsApp, they again ask me to pay the money for speed post charges. Absolute fraud. I think all the positive reviews are paid ones or wrote themselves. Do not waste your money by ordering online from them like I did. Better use printing service near by. Hope this helps.

In some cases, if a customer's PIN code is not serviceable by DTDC, the shipment is returned to us by the courier. Very bad experience! While placing the order they charge us 60rs for speed post, but they ship it as oridinary post via india post. Due to this the parcel is delayed incessantly.
Why are you charging us extra if we have wait for 12-14 business days? I still haven't received my order which I placed on 26th March 2026.

I ordered an International Driving…
I ordered an International Driving Permit (IDP) PVC card and uploaded my IDP and Indian AP issued driving licence only for additional reference details. Order #153158
Before dispatch, they shared the printed image and dispatch details. I haven't ordered Indian drivers license pvc card but they printed it instead of idp. I immediately informed them about a clear mismatch, and asked them to correct it.
Despite being notified before dispatch, there was no response at all, and the order was dispatched anyway with the wrong document printed (Indian driving licence instead of IDP).
This shows complete disregard for customer confirmation and poor quality checks. Mistakes happen I understand but atleast respond to customer don't ghost them.
Edit: PVC card printing replied to my review claiming that I didn’t upload my IDP, which is a blatant lie. I uploaded an Andhra Pradesh government issued IDP along with my Indian driving license for additional information. On top of that, my order was specifically for an IDP and even in additional notes I mentioned clearly to make sure qr code on idp is visible on pvc card, so how did they end up printing my Indian driving license instead? Stay away from this scam of a website.
Edit: My response to 2nd reply I got from business owner. An IDP does not have a standard front-and-back PVC card format. It is a permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention, and any professional PVC card printing company should be aware of this. The Indian driving licence is typically used only for additional details such as the licence number and address. My order was specifically for an IDP, not for printing my Indian driving licence, so printing the licence instead is clearly a mistake. You should have verified the uploaded IDP and the order notes before printing, especially since it was clearly mentioned that the IDP QR code had to be printed on the card. If there was any confusion, you should have contacted me for clarification instead of making assumptions. Not responding to my messages and then coming here only to protect your business image is not going to help your business.

Upon reviewing your order #153158, we found that you uploaded two separate files:
Front Side: IDP.pdf
Back Side: 1768293337DL-license.pdf
The second file, clearly titled as a Driving License, was used for printing the reverse side. As a result, our system and print staff processed this content without editing or altering the files—strictly based on what was uploaded.
We understand your concern and agree that you expected the IDP to be printed on both sides. However, in such cases, please ensure both uploaded files are part of the same document (i.e., front and back of the IDP) or include clear written instructions in the order notes.
We are more than willing to reprint your card with the correct IDP front and back if you can send us both sides of your IDP only.

Scam!! Stay Away
Ordered on 26th November, gave all the details but they haven't delivered even after 10 days and when I call them they keep asking for more time. Now they stopped responding to messages and calls. Looks like all these other glowing reviews were paid/fake.

Incorrect cards printed
I ordered 2 ABHA cards to be printed, one for myself one for my wife on 4th Oct 2025. I uploaded correct documents for them and paid Rs180 for the same.
Order id 139499.
But on next day they shared me a photo on my Whatsapp that 2 ABHA cards were but both were for me only. My wife's ABHA was not printed at all.
I raised this issue on their Whatspp message and well as on their customer care email address with them as soon as I looked at their message. I have also sent the documents again on email and Whatsapp.
Today is 6th Oct 2025, but no one replied to my messages. They have seen my messages on Whatsapp but they chose not to reply.
Lets see what will happen, whether I will receive my cards or not, only time will tell.

I wish I could read them negative.
I requested for masked Aadhaar PVC card. I paid and I gave them full address. First time the card was returned because these people did not print the complete address.
Second time, they repeated the same thing. The parcel was returned Again.
Even after confirming the address on WhatsApp, they make silly mistakes. I don’t know how someone can make a same mistake repeatedly.
Unprofessional and uneducated staff.
