I have been ordering from Pyramid Air since 2000. Bought all but one Air rifle from them ( I have four of them ) Only reason I didn't buy my fourth one from them, was because they didn't have it at the time. Their packaging is awesome! Highly reccomend them to any one who wants good prices and A+ customer service.

What started out with me wanting to make an immediate $600 purchase, but wanted to know about a spare air tank. Went to auto-bot chat, to real person chat. Asked if it was available, got a "No" = Not paying $600. Told them they lost a sale (hoping the get the hint: Get your stuff together), to which sales assoc. says "ok" (Sarcastic). Found sites where this model is discussed, with backup bottles are compatible (Sales associate not knowledgeable, and way too willing to not help). I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THESE GUYS IN THE PAST - BUT NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

They have great customer service. They are fast shippers and package their items well.

They might be a great company, but should definitely consider replacing their shipping company (UPS). A month after my order I still haven't received it. The only thing I got was threatening letters for an outstanding fee for a customs invoice that I never received, but still have paid over 3 weeks ago, along with e-mails telling me to contact the Police for a firearms permit because they declared the package wrong. I've tried explaining the Police doesn't give or require permits for softairguns, but they refuse to correct their mistakes and deliver the package. I'll probably have to press legal charges against them.
It's sad because PyramydAir has a great collection, and I would like to place all my orders at them. But I can't possibly recommend a company which only use UPS that targets customers for extortion!

My first order took to long they told me. As i tried to make a second order i was told i was told "Hey i am really to busy to be answering questions. I have 5 calls in Q" I made contact with Alan. I guess a manager of some sort. He could not have been more useless. Tried Blame shifting. It didn't work. All in all they lost a $800-$1800 order. I just need to know a few things. Such as i wanted .177 with picatinny what axillary air tank should be used and something quiet.
Pyramid Air may great. Perfect in fact as long as you have all your part numbers when ordering and dont ask any questions.
All McDonald's sell fries Alan. I am going to shop elsewhere.

READ whats posted on your website on helping people. Please update it to *just helping certain types of people. Ones that do not ask questions.

Good products and the shipping was pretty quick. I ordered some of their products for my nephew. Would order from them again as it was a good gift.

I've been ordering from pyramidair for 8 years and have had no issues with any of my orders.

Great company if your into airgun shooting good selection and fair prices.
