I sent £45 BTC from my Coinbase wallet to my7 fiance's QCard wallet a week ago - and it still hasn't arrived! This looks like organised crime!

They charge a rediculious $1.99 per paper invoice .. so if you buy something on qvc or hsn via 5 easy payments you are paying an extra $10 just because you have chosen a paper invoice.. rather than divulging your bank information.

Really shady operators. Would never deal with them again. And make damned sure when you close your account its closed. I closed mine only to notice on my app that account was not closed and was incurring interest on the yearly fee because $0.1 was left in there. I read this happened to a few others. Would not deal with them again

Paid off my qcard and then requested them to deactivate my acc and they kept it open and kept charging me interest fees and acc fees even though it is all paid off. Contacted them regarding it and they said there was nothing they can do. Qcard is biggest scam out and conplete bullshit!

Q card credit review is ridiculous. I am in a position where I have low income and top up from investments. With the offer i was getting it made sense to borrow the money and get a better return on my investments. I have never been refused credit before and 3 years ago I had a Q Card and paid it off without missing a payment as per the agreement. If I could give zero for lack of common sense I would do.

Qcard NZ is the worst when you travel overseas. They block your card with zero context of traveling across countries with temporary mobile numbers. Never travel anywhere with such a card. They are absolutely nonresponsive and absent. Completely silent of their wrongdoings.

Think think double think, about taking out ANY service or line of credit out with this company. Q Card customer service is the absolute worst ever. In all my years dealing with lenders, finance companies etc, Q Card customer services have been by far the absolute worst experiences (plural) to deal with. Idiot agents, hiding behind policies, and one agent even shouting at me and then had the audacity to hang up during our call ??? Customer is always right mate !! Management well, nothing special there, fobbed off answers, biased comments and literally did nothing except sit on the other side of the phone and pretend to listen. ALL I was wanting was to close off our account... geez Louise... not asking for a million dollars here either ! This was way to much and way to complicated after thousands of emails, long wait times for a reply or to even get a decent response on anything. Be prepared to wait or honestly just go elsewhere, do yourself a favour and save yourself with unnecessary- ongoing headaches ! BIG FAT PASS Q Card New Zealand and the Phillipines based centre is sooooooo not helpful either. Laterz Q, sort yourselves out or your definitely lose more customers.

As usual prompt cheerful drivers always helpful, no matter what the delay coming home someone is always waiting at Birmingham Airport, very competitive prices I wouldn't use any other taxi company

Now with the ombudsman. I have been requesting a cancellation of my card since 2022. It was confirmed one month ago then now they are claiming it wasn't cancelled and I was charged another account fee. For another month I have been sending emails back and forth and they keep asking for specific identification details to prove who I am. To add to this the last card I had expire in 2020. So not only I have not being using this card I have been charged fees and again given the run around. A manager should have stepped in a long time ago. Stay away, terrible company.

I have called their 0800 number their 09 number and I have tried to leave my mobile number in that they will call back.

Heres what happened.

Call 1 on hold 10 minutes, get answered, say I want to close my account they ask for my name and then drop me.
Call 2 on hold a bit less 6 mins, get answered by the woman with the same voice, and get dropped out before anything happens.
Call 3 on hold 4-5 minutes no one even bothers to say anything.
Call 4 and leave my mobile on the automated line. No one rings back.

Facebook Messenger leads me back to the call center.
No email, no means in which to cancel my card on the website I can only reduce the limit to $500 and then block it from online transactions and from use in an ATM.

It gets pretty frustrating when you know that this is just a means to try and stop you actually closing the card in the hope you will just give it up and leave it.

I have got through 3 years of barely hanging on to my business by the skin of my teeth, and not bankrupting. The stress to my health in this time can not be measured and to now start to get back on my feet and have to spend so far almost 1 hour of my time just to try and not succeed in closing my account is just really crappy service.

We the general public are exhausted from these types of stalling behaviors.

Please make it so that there MUST be a way to close the account online.

One thing is for sure, I will NEVER be using them again!

I’m absolutely thrilled with Q Cards! I began a new relationship just before I received the cards and they’re already bringing a new dimension to our relationship. Even my partner is amazed at how fabulous the product is. We only went through the first level of questions, but found them to be excellently phrased and well considered, leading to some excellent conversations. The product is beautifully presented and full instructions provided making them a very decadent addition to date night.

I’d highly recommend these to anyone wanting a way to connect more deeply with their partner, and will be buying my friends a set of these beautiful cards!

Great questions. Lovely presentation. Had immediate effect (good reflection and sharing of deeper, reflective appreciation) in a group setting of couples meeting together socially over Christmas. However the price point at £20 did put others off buying it for themselves when offered.. and somewhere (around £12 to £14.99) mark would possibly shift more off the shelves for your business in the long term.

I bought these as a stocking filler for my husband, we had a go on Christmas Day, they were fun and enlightening and at sometimes a bit too deep, but all good learning.

I really liked the idea of these cards but I wasn’t sure how much my husband would engage with them but I was really pleasantly surprised. The questions are thoughtful and stimulate some great discussions at a variety of levels.
I would encourage these for any couple and they would make a great gift too. Stylish in their design too!
