After many weeks I still have not received the handmade felt animal I ordered. Tracking shows from Germany to US to Wichita KS and there it seems to be stuck.
On top of this there was an unexplained extra shipping charge added to my order without my knowledge. This screams fraud or scam! I have written to them only to receive a non-answer to my problem.

I ordered from Qualityedy and honestly regret it. The item I received looked nothing like the pictures and felt super cheap. Shipping took forever, and customer service was basically nonexistent - no real help, no refund, nothing. This site feels unreliable, and I wouldn't order from them again.

I don't know about their products but I ordered an epoxy tub it doesn't show the weight but the pictures show a big tub, and it's a small tiny tub they send. You can't even paint 1 tile with that. Thats how small it is. You got to be extremely careful buying from these scamming companies.

It's been over a month and my order has still not arrived. No way to contact them, I have tried. I am pretty disgusted right now. No more tracking updates are available.

Ordered and paid for 10 bushes but only received 5. Website does not let you contact them. Watch order from this company. I think I just lost half of my money I paid them ($152.89)

Ordered January 14 and now 37 days later no delivery. Updates have all ceased and have no idea where the package is because tracking has stopped. Very disappointed.

I ordered this in early December and it's now and still no item this company is the worse company I've ever dealt with I will definitely never do business with them again and tell everyone they are very unprofessional and useless
