I came to Quantum Balance not knowing quite what to expect, but wow… what an amazing experience! I honestly feel like a completely new woman now. Shanneen is so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, she really does work absolute magic 💫

I’ve carried around so much stress and tension for years, and after my time here it feels like it’s all just melted away. It’s truly magical what Shanneen can do – her skills are incredible, and I can’t recommend her and Quantum Balance enough! If you’re thinking of going, just do it – you won’t regret it 💕

For about 10 years I have visited doctors for swollen ankles a bad knee and hip nothing they did helped. I started seeing Shanneen about 4 weeks ago she greeted me with a smile and a genuine welcome she is a wonderful lady I explained what has been going on and she listened explaining what she was going to do, the room is so calming . I had an hour with her and at the end of that hour I could feel a difference. I have just had my 4th week with her and the results are amazing no more swollen ankles I have lost weight because I had fluid retention my knee and hip are much better. She has also given me tips on food and drinks she is great and highly recommended

I booked an appointment with Shanneen to see if she could give me some relief from lower back pain and sciatica. After just one massage I was amazed to feel more flexible and with less pain when walking. Shanneen was able to find places were my muscles were very tight and over the course of a few more sessions of deep tissue massage she has helped me to enjoy life again. Thanks Shanneen for everything including all the useful advice about different exercises, you certainly motivated me.
